Welcome to Chrissie's Cay!

Home away from home! This 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhome is fully furnished ready for your get away. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. Master Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a large walk in closet. Guest bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet. Living room has brand new furniture the sliding door from the living room opens up to the courrt yard and swimming pool. Stackable washer/dryer located inside the home. Short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island.
The canal that runs to Palma Sola Bay is a short walk from the front door. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, WIFI is included. 3 night minimum.


Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.

Rates shown are base rents that include utilities. Additional fees include a $175 departure cleaning fee, Internet fees if not provided by Owner, sales/resort taxes and pet fees if applicable. Very clean and everything in the right place.

When we first got there, it was raining real good. So when I went to look for a towel and noticed that the upstairs bathroom didn't have a closet to keep them. I seen a closet right out and looked in there and it had everything the bathroom and bedrooms needed. Then we go to find some things to do, and there are pamphlets of stuff. It's very accommodating to people's needs.
