This 4 bedroom home on Lamoka Lake is a great spot for multi generational families, or multiple friend groups, to gather. The home has a lodge-style feel and allows groups to gather together while also maintaining separate spaces with the addition of a full "in law" apartment over the garage. The main house has a large open cathedral ceiling in the main living area, with plenty of glass doors and windows inviting views of the lake into the home. The Living room feels spacious with comfortable seating by the large sliding doors that walk out on to the deck, making indoor/outdoor living effortless. The Kitchen is newly remodeled and makes cooking easy, and the island has bar seating while there is an additional dining area tucked off to the side of the kitchen.

The main floor of the home has a full bathroom with a walk in shower and the laundry is located in the entry area/mudroom of the home.

Upstairs is a large loft style primary bedroom with tall ceilings and plenty of floor space. There is a sitting area attached to the primary loft bedroom with lounge furniture and a small desk. This sitting area looks out over the main living space below.

Across the street is the garage with the "in law apartment" on the second floor. The other 3 bedrooms are located in this apartment area with 2 of the bedrooms having Queen beds and the third bedroom a Twin bunk. The apartment has a full kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a full bath with a tub/shower. The secondary kitchen/living room/dining space in the apartment would allow 2 families to stay on the property together but still maintain some of their own space if desired.
The bottom floor of the garage has a pool table and some other outdoor games, as well as a separate room with exercise equipment.

The large deck on the front of the main house allows you to grill, enjoy meals outside, or sit and watch the water. There is a nice green space between the deck and the lakefront and a firepit situated close to the lake. The home does have a seasonal dock, which you can use to swim or fish from.

*DOCK USEAGE:
This home has a seasonal dock which is available from mid May to the end of September. Seasonal docks are made for loading/offloading passengers only and cannot be used to secure watercraft overnight or for any length of time.
Guest assumes liability for use of the dock and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the dock during their stay, whether the damage is done by their watercraft or the guest themselves.
