"It was ok. When I booked a luxury King room, I expected some luxury. It was just a room. It had a small refrigerator, but the microwave was in the room with the vending/ice machine down the hall. The toiletries were fine. Nothing I felt was high-dollar. The towels were not especially soft, but they were functional. There were slippers on each side of the bed, which was a nice touch. There was 1 robe in the closet, but 2 people staying in the room. The bed was the best thing about the room. Normally, after 2 days, my back is hurting in a new bed. We stayed 7 nights, and my back never hurt. It was very quiet during the week. On the weekend, there was more activity in the halls, so it was noisier. The location was great, lots of restaurants in the area, and stores to look through. There is a grocery store very close, which was convenient, for anything you might have forgotten to pack. Breakfast was barely worth the time.
I was not a fan of the parking situation. The parking garage is connected to the hotel, but shares parking with the businesses in the same building. The door is open during certain hours, and if it's late, the concierge will come and open it for you. I strongly suggest that upon check-in, you drop your bags in front of the hotel. There are several stairs from the parking garage into the hotel. If you're a senior citizen or have any issues lifting, it would be a problem.
The staff, housekeeping and concierge were outstanding."
