Enjoy this beautiful 4 bedroom upstairs apartment unit, with a private entrance, in a perfect cottage home that is just 2 blocks to Bradley Beach. Soak up the sun on the beach, then take a short walk to Main St to unwind with a dinner at one of Bradley's top restaurants & cafes. Alternatively, have a memorable BBQ night in the backyard and grill up your favorite meal - shared with two other units on the property. This apartment is equipped with everything you need for a perfect summer getaway.

Apartment is an upstairs private space with 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Owners that live in downstairs apartment are quiet and respectful. You will have the privacy that you need for a great vacation. There is a separate shared outdoor backyard with BBQ grill and furniture. This is a shared space with Owner and a separate one bedroom cottage off to the side of the house.

Separate private access to the unit with electronic locks or key that will be provided.

Shore Term Rentals is available 24/7 for any support that you need.
Additional house rules:
-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-No prom stays,
-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21,
-4 beach badges are provided for your convenience. There is a $75 charge for each beach badge lost.
