This was the cleanest, most well-equipped and inviting condo that we've had the privilege to call our "home away from home" for a week! The hosts were excellent with communication, instructions, attention to detail and providing information. We can't wait to return next year!! "

"This was the perfect apartment for a quick getaway, a few days at the beach enjoying the great september weather . Sunrises walk /runs were spectacular . Location was everything, steps from the beach and pool, elevator & stairs for easy carrying luggage. Bar on site and 2 options for lunch , very good !Bike rentals on site, rentals by day only not by hour, still worth it.Grocery store and gas station 5 min driving distance. Dinner & breakfast recommendations from owner were the best, we tried a few of them, communication with Marko was great, all check in instructions are clear . We will definitely go back and stay on this place, enjoy your stay ! "

"What an amazing location - you can see the ocean from the balcony and the big pool is just down the stairs and a very short walk through the parking lot. There's even a restaurant (Jamaica Joez) within super easy walking distance along the boardwalk path to the beach. Susan is very communicative and quick to respond and made the check in process super easy (office right by the entrance gate). Good spot for a family - our 4yo slept on the bottom bunk of the hallway bunkbeds and 9yo elected to sleep on the pullout couch while my husband and I took the queen bed. Clean bedding provided for all. A great choice for a couple or young family looking for an easy and relaxing beach trip. "

"This lovely condo was exactly as described and perfect for our little family of 4. The view is wonderful and we were able to enjoy the ocean even on the rainy days. Diane was a very responsive host and cares very much about her property. There were lots of little amenities that were helpful to have (beach chairs, toys, etc.) Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. We had a minor issue upon arrival and Diane was very helpful in resolving the issue. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future. My children were very sad to have to leave the balcony behind. Just a few notes for anyone looking for extra details. The condo is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by stairs or the elevator. The elevator was in good working order and the complex property was very well maintained. The smaller pool for AR is directly outside the building and the walk to the beach was maybe 500 steps. The boardwalk is level with only a slight slope and no stairs. Lifeguard stand is just steps from the boardwalk and can be seen from the balcony. We knew what flags were flying before we went out each day. Location is awesome. Close to several grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Inside the beds and couches were comfy and bathrooms were a good size and in nice working order. The kitchen was nice and we were able to fix a couple meals during our stay. All in all this was a lovely condo and accommodated our family nicely!"
