"Lovely little cottage, perfect for a short stay (wish we had longer!) local to Oxford, Cotswolds & as a stopover from north to south as just off M40/A34. Managed Ok even in hot weather as a fan provided & bathroom was fab. Would have been nice to be able to open up the rear door for patio breakfast rather than walk around the side but not there long enough to be an issue. "The property and adjacent garden area were ideal for a weekend stay for a get together we my old school friends and their families. The property was well stocked with all the items you could need for a stay there e.g. pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery and having a dishwasher was a bonus. The beds were not luxurious (a basic folding metal frame), however, despite this they were surprisingly comfortable and I slept really well there. "

"Perfect cottage for our family of 6. Great location with variety of dining and shopping options, perfect amount of space for the family to spread out or all be in one room together. Beautiful garden. The parking is tight for large vehicles but we made it work. The cottage is cute with historic charm and some low ceilings, but we’re all over 6’ tall found the charm worth ducking our heads for. Highly recommend the Dolphin House!"

"What a charming historic hotel right in the heart of Stratford! Our room was lovely and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We could easily walk to all attractions. Breakfast was included and was excellent. J would definitely stay again."

"We enjoyed staying in the tents at the medieval village, the grounds are beautiful. Parking and Check in was easy and quick. Tents were clean and comfortable, the beds and bedding provided were great we loved it. Activities in the evening were good for young kids ages 5-10 but not so much for older kids. Breakfast was nice, lots of choice but the queue to get a table was unreasonable considering you have to book a time a lot. Negatives - the board walk is really noisy so keeps you awake when kids run up and down it late at night or early morning. I didn’t realise we were so close to the airport, early planes also woke us up, VERY LOUD. The showers are nice and powerful but drainage is a joke, the whole wet room becomes a bath and stays wet, soapy and dirty so using the toilet after someone’s showered is impossible, expect wet feet and trousers. All the staff were friendly and helpful"

"Beautifully spacious and clean, air conditioned room. Excellent outside/garden space with lovely atmosphere, where you can sit into the night thanks to the plentiful heaters. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were brilliant 'extras' and we even took the chance for a treatment with Catalina. Would highly recommend and we will return."
