We had to ask for toliet paper multiple times, each time we got only half rolls. The hotel was dirty, the bathroom sink leaked, the door to the outside rubber was around the door was cracked and let cold air in. We never got fresh towels or washcloths without asking. Thankful for a place to stay however since booking via expedia was unable to cancel 2nd night- we left early due to impending weather. Hotel staff was kind of rude/unfriendly. Hotel lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, but our room was ok on the 2nd floor. There was a draft from our room window. The staff was kibd enough to offer breakfast earlier to the dance competition families. Breakfast had cereal, waffles, yogurt, milk, and packaged muffins. The hotel was close to the High school. Felt it was highly priced for what was offered.

Breakfast was a joke. Front desk was never there - waited 15 mins for someone to come to help me than it was my issue that we didn’t have the stuff the room should have been stocked with. (Toilet paper - trash bags - ect)

Staff was unfriendly and bathrooms were dirty. Toiletries were not available and if you went to the front desk, there was no body there. You could wait 20 minutes and still have nobody show up at the front desk. Breakfast was terrible. Nothing was fresh. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana.
