"Très bel hôtel qui semblait tout neuf. Grande chambre confortable pour une famille de 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons bien dormi, c’était très calme! Nous avons profité de la terrasse le matin pour prendre notre petit-déjeuner et profiter du calme de la campagne belge."

"We had a long weekend in Geraardsbergen for a wedding and a little couples break. The hotel was very nice and it was a great location right in the middle of town. So everything was in walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and they offer a lovely choice of breakfast. I we every go back I would definingly stay there again."

"Lovely hotel. Very quirky and quiet. Room very clean and equipped with a large comfortable bed. Very nice but fairly expensive restaurants are within 1 mile or so. Uber also operate in the area and it was around 20 euro to ghent centre."

"Hotel Steenhuyse was a very nice place for me to stay on my cycling trip to Flanders. Bart was a great host. He even sat and had a nice chat with me at breakfast. My room was very large, clean, and well-decorated. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of meats, breads, pastries, and cereals. As a cycling fan from the U.S., I couldn't recommend a hotel more than this one. It is a few steps away from the Tour of Flanders museum, and a short ride from the famous climbs of the Ronde. "Evening meal is available but booking is necessary. The host prepared asparagus and chicken stuffed with spinach and rice. Continental breakfast was very nice with eggs of your choice if required. The en-suite was very spacious with a very nice large walk in shower. "
