"On arrival we met Sarah, who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Farmhouse is a large property, ideal for a family get-together with a large garden and lovely surroundings. We made use of the hot tub which the family enjoyed. We had two dogs with us which the garden and surrounding area was ideal for. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it."

"We had a great stay for my dad's 80th birthday celebrations. The property was fully equipped with everything you could need and we had a lovely welcome hamper left for us. The beds and pillows were spotless and very comfortable. The property was clean and tidy. Couldn't have asked for any more!"

"A cottage of real character. Everything inside was of very good quality — we must mention especially the impressively-equipped kitchen. Parking was fine and the location was really good for all we wanted to do along the Suffolk coast and inland. Add this to all the other laudatory reviews!"

"Good to have a return visit to this lovely cottage. I love the front garden, which is full of traditional 'cottage garden' flowers and was as beautiful as I remembered. The inside is tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything you need. It's a good base for visiting the coast and the nearby reserves such as Minsmere."
