"Let’s start with the lack of communication. I booked this hotel months in advanced for our trip to one of the biggest races in NC. When arriving we noticed construction to a side of the building being done, after driving 10 hours we arrived to an absolute awful hotel. While unpacking they told us to excuse the mess as they are doing renovations. We said no mind… until it was 8:30 at night and they were still making a bunch of noise doing construction. "The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool"

"It is a nice remodeled hotel. The smart TV was our ONLY issue and the staff came to help us out. A walk to Texas Roadhouse made the night perfect."
