"The hotel is very nice and up-to-date on new tech stuff. But my iPad that controls the room so after working the second night to turn on the TV and watch any television. Everything else was great though super easy check-in and clean rooms and comfortable beds."

"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel."

"Perfect location by the Tower of London. Super convenient as the hotel is directly above the Tower Hill tube stop for the Circle and District lines. Loved the room set up - while it wasn’t the largest space it was very well laid out and efficient. There were two of us staying in the room and it never felt cramped. I was impressed with the Citizen M app and iPad which could be used to control everything in the room, including the blinds, lights, television and air conditioning. Everything worked seamlessly. The bed was larger than I expected and was super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in London. "
