Designed by award winning CK Architects, the beautiful house has an open, bright floor plan, capitalizing on the views, while the perfectly appointed kitchen, with dual fuel Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, custom cabinetry, and large pantry takes center stage. Enjoy the wonders of the sea as you walk down the steps to your own beach, perfect for kayaking, swimming, SUP, and fishing. Private dock in a protected cove. Visitors can come by land or by sea, and can tie up to one of two deep water moorings, also part of the home. Enjoy al fresco dining from the "boat house", perfectly designed for outdoor gatherings, with private guest quarters above. Inside the main house, as the tide comes in, feel like you're on a cruise as the land melts away and all that is left is the water. Sean was he very gracious host. He waited for us to arrive, despite being three hours late due to Flight delays. He showed us everything we needed to know about the property. Amazing house sitting on the water. All the amenities you could ever want. Owner Sean took the time to show us how everything worked, suggested places to go and eat and checked in on us. The views are amazing! You can’t beat watching the sunset sitting in a hot tub with a few drinks. 10/10 would rent this place again and Sean’s hospitality 100%!

We had a great time on a trip that I booked last minute for the holiday week! The property owner was very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had while we were there. I would love to stay at this property again and I would certainly recommend it to others.
