"This is a perfectly nice hotel. It has a small bar and even though it was Easter Monday and everything was closed they opened it up for us to get a drink. We would have liked to eat at the restaurant just next door, but it was closed. This isn't a destination hotel, but if you need a comfortable place to sleep with very nice staff and a decent breakfast, this place is very nice."

"This is a lovely place to stay, the rooms are super clean and comfortable with good quality bedding, it’s a themed room’s we stayed in the explorer. Robert and his wife are extremely friendly and super hosts, there isn’t any tea/coffee in the room but we were offered coffee when we arrived. Robert was knowledgeable about the best places to eat locally and the breakfast was superb with local produce and Roberts home made lemon cake is a must! When we first arrived I thought we were in the wrong location as it’s opposite a factory near an industrial area, but don’t let that put you off you can’t see it from the house as trees screen out the factory and the woods back on to the property it’s nice and peaceful. We would definitely stay there again. "
