"This is the best of the 4 hotels at which we stayed. Very helpful, friendly staff, free parking (YES!), and great lounge, exercise room, sauna, and terrace with jacuzzi on the 5th floor. Breakfast was above average, and the Verano Lunches and Dinners were better than any 5-star resorts anywhere. Lunch was served M-F, and Dinner M-F and Sunday, all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely choose this hotel again!"

"I would not recommend this hotel. The rooftop pool is heavily advertised throughout the website and promotional photos, creating the impression that it is included in the hotel facilities. However, only upon arrival was I informed that access to the pool is restricted to the spa and requires a significant additional fee. While there is a small note buried at the very end of the hotel description, this feels highly misleading and close to false advertising. The hotel itself is large, modern, and well-designed, but the service experience was disappointing. When I checked out, I was told I could not leave my luggage in storage because another group had booked the entire hotel. I found this completely unreasonable, especially as luggage storage is a very basic service that travellers generally expect from a hotel of this standard. I have never encountered this situation before."

"The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the metro. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of cold and hot dishes available. The room was clean but a but rundown, eg. peeling paintwork, super scratched flooring. The bathroom was also clean. I had a single room with no windows which I found spacious enough for one person, but also it felt like being in custody."

"This hotel is cleaned and convenient nearby central train station and few blocks to restaurants and shopping. Staffs are friendly and breakfast was good. "
