Beautiful Branson Pointe Royale One Bedroom King + Queen Sleeper Sofa

This beautiful walk-in (no stairs to climb) one bedroom condo in the Pointe Royale Golf community offers so many things to do right on the property like an outdoor swimming pool + an indoor pool + a kiddie pool, a bar & grill, pickleball, tennis, a fitness center, golf, and a pro shop, which are all walking distance from our relaxing, spacious modern condo. There are also two playgrounds, dog parks, ponds, walking paths, and even access to Lake Taneycomo.

Plus you can venture out in all directions to all that Branson has to offer like world class shows, entertainment, amusement rides, restaurants, and so much more.

This lovely one bedroom condo gives you a wonderful home-base for it all. It has a super comfortable king size bed with sheer and black-out curtains for a peaceful nights rest, plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a washer + dryer, robes, toiletries, a Kuerig coffee maker and a variety of coffees and refreshers to choose from + creamers, and so much more. There is also a gorgeous view of the golf course and water feature from the balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine or coffee.

Our modern, spacious condo is also conveniently located: Silver Dollar City is only 16 minutes away, White Water is 11 minutes away, the Branson Landing is 21 minutes away, and 76 Country Blvd with lots of entertainment is only 14 minutes away!

Great place to stay! Lots of amenities and very comfortable. Convenient to Branson and Big Cedar. Table Rock State Park is also close if you’re looking for a fun mtn bike ride.

Great place to stay

My husband and I stayed for 7 days/ 6 nights and it was great. The condo was clean/ well maintained and had lots of little extras. The Host is fantastic to work with and very responsive. Great view of the golf course. I highly recommend this to anyone for a weekend or a whole week. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Condo is immaculate and has up to date modern appliances. Also provides amenities such as coffee/tea/pet treats and essentials for cooking. Celia/family are great hosts. View of golf course/pond/ducks is so relaxing to sit out on balony in the AM. Highly recommend!!

The best ever!

The first place in years exactly as advertised. I loved not having to walk up a flight of stairs, but yet still had a balcony overlooking the beautiful golf course. The sweetest part of that was having coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watching the 3 families of geese and all their babies wondering around. The owner went way above anything I imagined to make us comfortable. Well I tried to leave photos, but for some reason it's not letting me. I promise they won't disappoint!

Absolutely a great place. This condo was better than expected, gorgeous and fully stocked with unexpected comforts. So many details on things that just make staying a breeze. Coffee, sugar, baggies any thing you may need but forgot to pack is all there. Lots of bedding and extra cozy blankets. Thank you so much for the great stay. Would love to book again❤️

The condo was great and in the perfect location. It was nice to not be right on the strip during the night. The condo was easy to find and get through the gate to check in. The host was very understanding and easy to communicate with. My husband got scheduled to work the weekend we were supposed to go. The host was nice enough to reschedule our trip on such short notice.

My husband and I plus two dogs stayed in this lovely condo. It was equipped with quality furnishings with everything you would need. Our fur babies were welcomed with treats and bowls. Beautiful setting next to a golf course where sitting on the patio we enjoyed watching the geese, ducks, squirrels, a turtle and a hummingbird! The hostess was the best and so very, very friendly!

Great Choice for Branson!

We stayed here for my daughter's gymnastics competition, and the location was perfect for us! We enjoyed it being away from the hustle, and hustle of the strip! Our host has excellently communication, and was very flexible with our requests! Though she couldn't accommodate a late check out, she gave me an early check in option- which was so wonderful!! I highly recommend if you have kids because the indoor pool is amazing! It's big for an indoor heated pool, and there is a hot tub option outside by the outdoor pool...which is only closed in winter! Overall I highly recommend this location!

The condo had a very musty smell that was present the 3 nights we stayed there. It was bad enough to where the smell literally soaked into our clothes and hair. We noticed on the thermostat that the humidity level was 70-80% at all times of the day, which is extremely high. I did notify the owner who stated she was not aware of the musty smell and offered to come “fix” it, but we didn't want to uproot an entire day of our weekend trip for that. I was worried there was more than just a simple fix to that. The condo itself looks nice but the musty smell and high humidity made it extremely uncomfortable. We live in Missouri and by rivers and our house has never had this issue so I’m not sure what was going on for the condo to have these issues. The shower curtain also didn’t have a liner and when we showered, water would get all over the bathroom floor. We notified owner of that and she said it was an “all-in-one” shower curtain. Turns out that wasn’t true because the shower curtain had an “amazon basics” tag on it and the water soaked right through it. We ended up buying a shower liner to use during our stay. The bedroom door also had an issue getting stuck once shut (see photo). The keurig also was missing the water filter which explains why the coffee tasted off (we have a keurig at home). All in all, it was an okay stay. The owner was nice in all interactions and did offer to try to come fix these things, and hopefully she has now based on our comments.
