Clean & cozy
We were very happy with the location and cleanliness of this property. It is quiet and way nicer than what a hotel room would be. The only thing I have to say is the listing states the bed is a queen but I’m pretty sure it has to be a full because it was way smaller than our queen at home but it is comfy!! Not a big deal though, we made it work. Suzanne answered our questions quickly whenever we had any. Would definitely stay here again!

Just right
Needed a clean and comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights that didn't break the bank. This location met the need. It is far enough away from the main strip to be quiet but close enough to easily access the sights. Easily accessible main level entry with no one overhead. HVAC unit was a bit noisy but not enough to deter from a future repeat visit. Suzanne was spot on for communication making checking in and out a breeze. Thanks.

Weekend Getaway with Daughter (Special Needs)
Not only were the 1st floor accomodations very easy to access, but the owner went out of her way to provide us with several activity recommendations once she knew of my daughter's special needs that make accommodations for children with special needs. I really appreciated her insights. The property was very clean, quiet, comfortable and conveniently located (very close to pretty much everything). I will stay here again next time I'm in Branson. Highly recommend!

This is an adorably decorated, extremely clean property. The size was just perfect for the two of us. Nice and quiet. Feels like you are far away from the crowds, but it is really convenient to everything. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
