Just minutes away, you’ll find the excitement of Silver Dollar City, the sun-soaked shores of Moonshine Beach, and the unforgettable entertainment of Dolly Parton’s Stampede. Whether you're here to unwind or explore, this cozy retreat puts you right in the heart of Branson’s vibrant charm.

This Fall Creek Condos are located in an ideal part of Branson. It is a quiet and peaceful setting. Enjoy your complimentary coffee on one of the 2 patios while watching the squirrels and other wildlife run around in the backyard. You are also close to all the attractions, shows and shopping that Branson has to offer.

Condo Features include Smart TV in living room and both bedrooms with Roku Guest mode so you can seamlessly sign into all of your streaming services for the duration of your stay and they will automatically log out when you leave. We have books and board games and a DVD player in the living room with a few movies for you to enjoy.

Kitchen is fully equipped, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine glasses, etc. There is a Walmart and Grocery store 4.3 miles away on hwy 76 to pick up supplies.

General: Free WiFi, central heating and a/c, free parking, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, in-unit washer and dryer with complimentary laundry detergent, ceiling fan, desk fan, hair dryers, iron/ironing board and a high chair for your little one.

Parking: There is 1 parking pass on the kitchen counter. This will need to be visible in your vehicle for the duration of your stay. Upon check-out please return the pass to the kitchen counter. There will be a $25 fee for a lost parking pass. One thing the host would like you to be aware is especially during events or busy season the lot can fill up. You are free to park in adjacent lots at other buildings or the HOA is ok with parking along curbs as well. This is especially the case in June/July when Branson is at it's busiest.

Accessibility: There is one handicap spot directly in front of the front door of our unit, if that is taken you are free to park in any other spot. This unit has zero steps to enter and zero steps on the inside of the unit as well as grab bars in each shower.

Late Check-Out/Early Check-In: We are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Often times, however, there are guests before or after you and we only have a short window of time to clean the unit. We will gladly notify you if this option is available, or feel free to ask! Thank you so much for your understanding.

Security: There are no security cameras in use. There is a Ring Video doorbell by the front door of the unit facing out to the parking lot. This allows for us to communicate easier with maintenance, vendors and cleaning crew as well as respond to any incidents in our parking lot for the safety of our guests.

80th Birthday Party!

We stayed at this property while celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. It was perfect for the 3 of us-very clean, location was out a little ways from the traffic but close enough to get to everything within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay here the next time we are in Branson!

Sistor Trip to Branson

The Sistors (four) travel together every year for the last 30 years. This was a beautiful setting and easy to get to Branson Main Street. We really enjoyed the condo. We even had oatmeal left for us. We had a toaster, coffee pot (coffee and filters were provided and blender.

Property was clean. Checkin was very easy. Condo is difficult to find even with GPS. Got a call after driving all day to inform us the fold out couch was unusable, which left.no place to sit except at dining table.

This property is maintained exceptionally and our family had a great time here! One family member is in an electric wheelchair and had zero problems at this condo. She was able to maneuver easily and access all spaces. Thank you, Justin, for all of your help in preparing for this trip. We had a great weekend!

Great little condo with easy access

The condo was very nice & perfect for our stay. It was far enough from the noise & hustle but close enough to the strip that we didn't feel disconnected from the festivities! The keyless entry was a little difficult at first but I figured it out (I am electronically challenged & it is an electronic lock! It was ME not the lock!) & the oven took FOREVER to heat the lasagna, but we were visiting & enjoying the visit while it heated up, so it really wasn't a big deal. It was a great place & perfect for our needs! I highly recommend! The owner was quick to respond anytime I messaged him! I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

We had a great time! The unit itself was a little hard to find the first time since we arrived in the dark but we had no issues with location after that. The unit is conveniently located and we never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. Any questions or issues we had while staying her was quickly resolved by Justin who was very responsive whenever we needed anything. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a clean, safe place to stay!

Moms 80th birthday

Mom just turned 80 and Dad wanted to take her to Branson for crab legs at Joes and see the light displays and see a show. This condo was nice and cozy for the four of us, in a good location, and very accessible. No stairs to climb, front step parking and walk in showers. Very clean and comfortable. Had a great time in town.

Great Stay

Justin was a breeze to chat with when needed. Very prompt on answering messages. Unit was very clean and cute. Just what we needed for a one night easy stay. Only very small thing I want to note. The parking spots aren't the best. When we arrived back after 10pm there were no spots to park. So when we wanted to load up in the morning we had to just park out front in front of vehicles and load up. Kinda hard with lots of luggage and four small kids haha. But other then that little hiccup it was wonderful!!

Not for elderly/handicap!

Adequate accommodations except for elderly/ handicap individuals. Had my parents there and they use walkers. No room for them to maneuver especially towards the hall/bathroom.resulted in a couple of falls, everyone is okay! Would be ok for younger people. Also parking was a chore. I'm assuming several people live in thecomplex handicap spot was generally filled without handicap tag or placard huge truck occupying 2 spots.
