LAKE VIEW RETREAT WITH A BOAT SLIP ON INDIAN POINT

WE HAVE ONE OF THE BEST LAKE VIEWS ON INDIAN POINT!Our condo is on the top floor with views from the balcony and the master bedroom overlooking the peaceful Table Rock Lake on the east side. The south side view reveals a beautiful natural forest with frequent deer sightings, second swimming pool and the playground. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a luxurious stay with amenities such as elegant decorations, granite countertop, double vanity, 50' TV in the living room,covered boat slip during your stay. Condo has 2 king size beds, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper and 2 twin size cots which can be set up anywhere. Able to sleep 10 people max. Additionally, our condo comes with a free boat slip with your booking. Boat docks are onsite and boat launch is at Indian Point Marina which is 1 mile away from the condo property. Boat trailer parking is onsite. This would be a perfect getaway for your group if you are looking for a fully furnished lakefront, lake view condo which is just a few miles away to Branson. About 20 steps to the condo.

IMPORTANT INFO :
-Each condo at this property has one assigned parking spot. Extra vehicles must be parked in areas that are not reserved for other condos.

-We have a strict NO PET policy. Please do not ask if we can make an exception. Violation of this policy will result in eviction with no refund.

-Items we do not provide are hair dryers, toiletries, laundry detergent, food, spices, beach towels, paper towels, (we do provided fabric towels) we also provide starter amenities like dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, hotel size shampoo and bar soap to last you a couple days until you have a chance to do your shopping.

-All info including boat slip/launch/trailer parking are provided when we send check in information a few days before guests arrival.

-FREE EV charging for our guests. Charging station located by our main office.
-Lakefront. Only a few steps to the lake and boat docks.
-Boat slip is covered and onsite. Boat trailer parking also onsite. Boat launch is at Indian Point Marina which is 1 mile away.
-This unit is located on a 2nd floor and there's no elevator.
-No smoking and no pets allowed
-Please review the amenity list to see what's provided inside the condo.

Family Weekend

Loved the location away from the bustle but yet still easy to get to the other side of the lake and marina. Very comfortable condo. The owner/manager was very responsive to any question that I had! Really enjoyed both pools after our outings.

Lovely

The condo was everything we needed and more. Fabulous location to SDC. The balcony views were amazing. We took out sons engagement photos on the balcony. Communication was wonderful. We noticed there wasn’t a hair dryer and within minutes we had one. Be prepared and bring paper towels and laundry soap though, there were not any starters of that. We would absolutely recommend this condo and hope to come back this summer.

Very good

This property was 12/10! It was amazing and very pretty! We had 8 adults and 3 children. Under the age of ten and so so much room. Three families went and we just had our own space! The tub was great for the kids and my family! Had a separate bathroom for other family! We are talking about come back this summer! The host was awesome, we need a hair dryer and she was right there to get us one! Respond fast! Thank you for the great stay!

We have stayed in this area before. This location would be amazing in the summer with lake, pools, SDC and Shepherd of the Hills nearby. The two “complaints” are that there are sooo many clocks, and none set to the correct time and the beautiful, very large mirror in the living room was not

Long Weekend

The Condo was everything it was said to be. Our family decided on a long weekend getaway and the condo added to the experience. We do a lot of boating and the convenience of the slip was the one of the biggest factors in choosing this property. Will be back again!

A very roomy and clean condo

The condo was very spacious and clean. The location was a nice area off the strip. The washer and dryer was a huge plus and the availability of our own boat slip was the best part. A tip for future guests is to bring some tupperware for leftovers. They had a stocked kitchen otherwise. The view from the deck was wonderful. Only one of the pools was filled but it was kept clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Gathering

We enjoyed the location during the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well large group. Easy access to Silverdollar city, and to downtown Branson within just a few minutes. We have stayed the same location for multiple years and always enjoyed.

Long Weekend Getaway

My parents, sister, nieces and my daughter all came down to Branson from MN for a long weekend getaway. The place was exactly what we were looking for. View was awesome of Table Rock lake. It was so convenient to get to Silver Dollar City. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, stocked well, and comfortable. We even used the pull-out couch and cots and they worked quite well for teenage girls. Although we did not have any problems, any communication with the management company was great and very timely. We had an awesome time and would definitely come back!! Thanks for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Anniversary Getaway

Stopped at the condo this past weekend, 9/30 - 10/2. Had a wonderful time. Thought I was going to use the boat slip, but the trailer parking in front of building 2 was convenient enough. Beautiful view, wonderful amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Great lake view at Rockwood

What a great place for a family vacation! From the start booking and communication with the host Handan Kugler was stress free. This was my first time booking with Vrbo and I had no problems. The best part it was relaxing, the condo had most of what we needed plus the view out our sliding door of the lake was amazing! We rented a pontoon boat from Indian Point Marina and had a boat slip at Rockwood so it made it easy to come and go. We had two 3 yr olds and an 8 month old so when they had hit their limit we could go back to the condo and let them take a nap or chill for awhile. We had three vehicles and had no issues parking. The only thing that was annoying was the wasp flying around the deck ceiling fan with little kids you worry about them getting stung. But other than that... This will definitely not be our last time coming to Rockwood and Table Rock Lake. Enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was Clean and nicely decorated. The view was amazing. It was close to the things we were doing. The host made check in easy.

Indian Point

Very nice vacation. This was our first trip to Table Rock Lake. My family and my cousin’s family drove from Baton Rouge. Long drive but it was worth it. I will definitely return and would rent this unit again. This condo is spacious. Three bedrooms…..two king beds and one queen bed. The living room had two sofas…..one of which was a sofa/bed. The condo was very clean and has very nice furniture. The kitchen has everything one would need…..blender, coffee pot (K-cup) utensils, etc. There is a nice electric grill on the balcony we used twice to grill burgers. There is a nice swimming pool adjacent to the unit. There is a WalMart about 5 miles to the west in Branson West. Silver Dollar City (amusement park with roller coasters and other rides) is about 1 mile away. We went there for one day and had a nice time. Branson is about 10 miles to the east. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, etc. The lake is very nice. The water is clean and the shorelines are very pretty. The condo complex has a couple large floating boat docks that are about 100 yards from the condo. Going to the boat dock is an easy walk down the hill from the condo. The walk up is a bit of a workout…..so we would typically drive one of our vehicles down and park in the gravel areas near the water. I rented the unit the third week of August 2021 and it came with a complimentary boat slip included in the rental. I’d estimate the boat slip is 25 feet long and 10 feet wide. It did not have a boat lift but the floating docks are in a “no wake zone” at the end of a cove so I had no issues with rough water and we left our boat in the water the entire week. Indian Point Marina is about a mile or so south of the condo. We launched our boat and Seadoos there and it was a short drive on the water back to the condo. The boat launch was free and was actually open for use at night. Indian Point Marina has gas pumps on the docks. There is a decent size gravel parking lot for boat trailers in the condo complex just across from the condo….so we had no issues with parking our two boat trailers for the week. If you are looking for a place to stay where you can sit on your balcony/patio and see the lake…..this is not the place for you. But if you bring a boat and want to spend time on the water…..you won’t be disappointed at all with this unit. It is very nice.

Perfect Spot for Family Vacay

We had a terrific time for our family vacation. We loved the location, as it was close to the lake, the pools and everything else was just a quick drive. The condo was clean and accommodating. Our family was very pleased!
