Great short weekend away

We enjoyed this property for our short weekend away. It was pet friendly but super clean and updated. All the ameneties we needed to not spend a fortune on meals out and we definitely plan to stay at this location again in the future.

Good price for the area

It was nice to have our own space.It had everything.We need to cook a simple meal. I like that.They had an indoor pool, although the hot tub was not indoor.

Great vacation rental

Our stay and communication with Sonya was wonderful. Very pet friendly and clean. The only things that I’d say are possibly a negative is, the master bed is very firm (though that’s more a personal preference issue really) and the washer is very loud. Both minor things and we’d stay again if in the area.

Exceeded our expectations!

My family and I loved our stay in this condo! It was clean, cozy, and had all the right touches that made it feel like home. I cannot find one thing to complain about, our Christmas vacation was absolutely perfect and in close proximity to all the main attractions! I look forward to booking her place again in the near future, thanks again Sonya!

Great visit!

We are local but like to come to Point Royale in the summer so family and friends can come visit and take part in the amenities while sharing each other's company. We also have a dog and there are not many pet friendly places. This condo was wonderful. It was on the golf course with a beautiful and spacious balcony. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate. Would definitely recommend!

Winter Getaway

We wanted a quiet winter getaway and found exactly that at the Lake Front Pointe Royale Resort. We enjoyed walking & running through the snow covered stunning neighborhood. Branson was not busy as usual so we enjoyed the town to ourselves. The owner stayed in constant contact to check on us. The condo was perfectly decorated and stocked. We will be back again soon!

family get away

It was a great place to stay. felt safe and secure. if there was a problem got fix. Had a great view. watch the golfers and even talk to a few on the porch. We are going back next year. we enjoyed our self's very much. Thank You.

Great property!

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was like it was listed. The only issue is that the wood in the sliding glass doors needs to be longer so the doors can't open from the outside. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Spring Break

This was a nice place to stay, but there were a few key things that made this less than 5 stars for us. The master bath drain was broken, the washing machine was VERY loud, the main light over the dining table was not working, and the coffee maker took more than an hour to make a full pot of coffee. The kitchen was also not stocked very well. But, the beds were comfy, the tv was very nice, and we still had a nice stay. It was convenient to get places and we used the pool every day, which was awesome.

Wonderful location, pet friendly, affordable

Pros: location was amazing, just 10 minutes from the main drag. Check in was very simple and coming/going was easy. Fireplace was very nice for Christmas morning ambience. We were safe and mostly comfortable. Price was very affordable and we were so happy that our dogs were welcome. Pull out bed made it so my two teens could each have their own bed. Wifi was decent, and there was cable TV. Cons: The condo was mostly pretty clean, but the baseboards were pretty grimy, and there were crumbs in the pull out bed. The Jacuzzi tub was a normal sized bathtub, too small for plus sized folks. The light over the dining table was burnt out and too high to change the bulb without a ladder. The king bed was far firmer than we prefer, but that's a gamble any time you sleep away from home. I would give this condo an overall 4 out of 5 stars.

Great value stay

This was a great value for staying in Branson. It was my husband, me and adult kids. Sonya couldn’t have been a better host and was very responsive every time I texted. We weren’t huge fans of location or having to stop at guard shack every time going back to unit…Thursday afternoon it was really backed up. Sonya provides almost everything you need and the washer/dryer was a huge benefit. Plenty of pillows and linens/towels. We didn’t get to the pool so can’t comment on that. Overall, would recommend.

Everything was great except it stayed hot in the condo. It was extremely hot outside and the air conditioning couldn't keep up. My only other complaint is the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We ended up folding it back up & slept in the couch.

Book without hesitation. This unit checks all the boxes.

Just got home from a three evening stay here, and couldn't wait to write this review. Unit is absolutely as described, with everything operational. Kitchen is very well stocked; much better than the average rental unit. The entire unit itself was exceptionally clean and it is located in a very quiet area. The manager/owner (Sonya) was very responsive to a couple of pre-arrival questions we had, and she is very friendly and accommodating when it comes to arranging for your doggo to make the trip as well with NO ADDITIONAL pet fees or deposits. Ours instantly settled in like she felt at home and she (and I !) loved the fact that a designated dog walking area is very close by with poop bags and disposal can provided. Wish I had a pic of her checking out a gopher she came upon. (Insert the Caddyshack music here). Seriously though, this was a perfect stay, and in my opinion a good value for money paid. Lord willing, we will be hoping this unit is available upon our next trip to Branson, and we go a couple of times per year. Thanks again to Sonya for making the whole experience totally stress free. 1st Timers to BRANSON

The property was great and in a perfect central location, just like the desription states and photos are all correct. Owner was awesome to answer my questions during our stay. It was very homey and great to come back to after busy days exploring. We brought our border collie and he loved the area, especially the waterfront trail. I do wish i knew ahead of time that the condo wasnt within walking distance of it but it was a short 3 minute drive.
