IMPORTANT BEDROOM NOTE:

Anglers Retreat is listed as a 4-bedroom property. Three bedrooms are enclosed bedrooms. The 4th bedroom is an OPEN upstairs bunk loft with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The loft is open to the living area below, and guests walk through the loft to access the upstairs queen bedroom and game room.

The living room features vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and large Smart TV. The dining area and kitchen are open to the living space, making it easy for the whole group to spend time together.

Please remember that the bunk loft is OPEN to the living space below and is not a fully enclosed bedroom. Access to the upstairs queen bedroom and game room is through the loft area.

• $60 per person for 18 holes with cart

• Regular rate is approximately $109.99

• Available to guests included on the reservation during their stay

• Tee times are reserved directly with the golf course

Anglers Retreat offers a great location for enjoying both Pointe Royale and Branson attractions.



• Lake Taneycomo trout fishing – approximately a 2-minute walk

• Branson Strip – approximately 10 minutes

• Branson Landing – approximately 10 minutes

IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION



Anglers Retreat is a second-floor condo.



STAIRS ARE REQUIRED to reach the property entrance and there is no elevator.



PET POLICY – PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED



Dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.



• 1–2 adult dogs only

• Small-to-medium size

• Low-shedding breeds



Before booking with a dog, please message us with:



• Breed

• Weight

• Age



We do not allow:



• Puppies

• Large or high-shedding breeds

• Cats or other animals



If approved:



• Dogs must be fully housetrained

• Dogs may not be on furniture or beds

• Dogs must be kenneled when left unattended

• Dogs must not be persistent barkers or whiners when left alone

• Dogs must be current on flea and tick prevention

• Guests must clean up after pets outside



A pet fee applies and will be added after approval.



Unauthorized pets or failure to follow the pet policy may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.



CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES



We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee:



-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.

-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpsters.

-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.

-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.

-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.

-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.

-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.

-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
