Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

➢ All trash taken to the dumpster. ➢ Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher & start it. ➢ Ensure that all appliances are TURNED OFF (toasters, coffee pot, etc).

➢ Place all used towels in the bathroom. ➢ Strip the blanket off the beds if bed was used and place next to the bed.

➢ Set the thermostat to Cool 76 degrees in the Summer & Heat 67 degrees in the Winter.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great location for our family conference

This house was clean and conveniently located to the convention center. Good communication. The listing accurately reflected the property. I would definitely consider staying here again for another event at the Branson Convention Center.

Quick Branson Visit

The location of this property was very close to Branson landing which is what we wanted. The hosts were responsive and kind. The hot tub was very relaxing and clean. We enjoyed our stay in Branson.
