This gorgeous 4 bedroom, 4 bath, single-story, freshly furnished Villa is set in the picturesque Ozark highlands and is situated in an award-winning golf community, steps to the RecPlex, 4 miles from Branson Landing (the center of entertainment, dining and shopping), 11 Miles from Table Rock Lake, and less than 15 minutes from Silver Dollar City.
This Villa provides at-home conveniences as well as access to excellent outdoor activity areas. You will truly love the separate wet bar, a fully outfitted kitchen, and a peaceful outside patio for al fresco dining. Swim in the outdoor, communal pool or tee up on the golf course.

The Hillside Haven is a place for you to retreat, relax, reset and revive yourself. It is a mini-retreat especially designed for you, your loved ones, and friends. Sit and gaze at nature’s view, take some time for you! Don't want to go out? There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, and a dedicated game area. Admire the crisp decor of the open-plan living space and take in the peaceful surroundings from the cute terrace where you can just sit, drink, chat and relax.

LIVING ROOM
Unwind in our freshly decorated living room. Sit in front of the gas fireplace and relax in the lovingly designed living room with gorgeous hardwood floors, and thoughtful details, for a luxurious yet charming feel while watching your favorite shows on our HD Smart TV.

KITCHEN
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home: A coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, oven and a fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries. Enjoy preparing your meals on our spacious granite countertops complete with stainless steel appliances.

There is plenty of space for everyone to mingle and have a meal together, whether in the dining room, on the outdoor covered deck, or at the breakfast bar.

PATIO
A patio dining set and extra seats are located on the 30 foot outdoor deck, which backs into a forest of trees. A propane BBQ grill is available in the covered golf cart parking on the left of the home.

ROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The Villa offers four private rooms that offers a tranquil vibe. Relax and snuggle up in the comfy high quality queen beds.

A Murphy bed is available as a fifth bed in the living room.

BATHROOMS
Each bedroom has its own spacious full-size luxury bathroom with double vanity, great lighting, a wide elegant mirror, and walk-in showers.

Our bathroom is supplied with fresh towels, special makeup towels, and hair & body essentials.

A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, body lotion, and toilet paper are provided in the bathrooms. Extra blankets and bath towels are also provided.

AMENITIES
Within walking distance is onsite golf (extra fees apply), tennis, a fitness center, a beautiful clubhouse and restaurant/lounge. You may also enjoy swimming at the outdoor community pool.

Overall vary nice and comfortable had difficulty finding the address. The door locks did not work going out to the deck. The temp in the house was 88 degrees when we srrived and had a lock code.we couldn't adjusr the temp. Would be helpful if there was a better explanatiandor map how to arrive snd temp of the house be comfortable when guest arruve. Other than thst everything was grest

Home was in a great location off the strip but within 10-15 from any of the local attractions and shopping. The layout of the home was great with bedrooms on both ends of the home. Space inside the home was larger than expected when viewing the home from the outside. The kitchen was well equipped for most anything you would want or need. Only complaint was the beds were a bit uncomfortable as they were very soft, and we all seemed to sink to the middle. Wife and I actually had to split in into separate rooms to try and sleep more comfortably. Overall great space for our mini three-day vacation in Branson.

Great villa
Everything was as described. Plenty of room for family to spread out. Only one suggestion: grab bars for the showers might be considered. Also, the toilet is very close to ground and difficult to use if one has hip or knee issues. These might be important to some but not to others. We liked the villa greatly. Pool was comforting on a hot day. We were so busy couldn't take advantage of on-site cafe. We'll come back! Thank you very much.

Outstanding Property for Large Group
This property is amazing. We had 6 adults and 4 children, ages 3 - 7. Large indoor and outdoor gathering areas, combined with a bathroom for each bedroom, made our stay exceed expectations. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and household supplies you need. The location is central to all major Branson attractions, while being quiet and out-of-the-way. We loved this property and will be back! Highly recommended!

Small college reunion
Six OLD college friends met in Branson to see Esther at Sight and Sound theater. We played cards, swam in the pool, and visited night and day. It was a great place to stay and great location. Close to everything we did. Would love to come back and bring my family.

Great for a family or group of friends
The villa is as beautiful in person as the photos suggest! We enjoyed having private bathrooms for each bedroom and our son said the murphy bed was very comfy. The location is VERY convenient to Branson amenities without the traffic headaches of staying near the strip. The owners are extremely easy to work with and professional. The setup is great for a family but would also be nice for a friends getaway. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

This home was so nice! The layout is really nice for multiple families staying together with rooms and bathrooms on each end and living areas in the center. The house is located in a great area and it was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Group Getaway
We were beyond happy with our stay! We had three generations on this trip, and it was comfortable for everyone. The set up at this house with four en suite bedrooms was perfect. The family room was so comfortable and accommodating. We just wish it would’ve been warm enough to enjoy the beautiful deck! We appreciated that parking was just steps from the door, and that the home was close to everything we wanted to see and do in Branson. We also loved how secluded the property was. Even though there were other homes close by, it felt like we were out by ourselves. We look forward to returning!

Beautiful home in a great location
We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. It was perfect, as every bedroom had its own bathroom. It is close to shopping yet quiet with a country feel. We saw deer twice. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths. Absolutely perfect place to stay.
