The kitchenette has everything you need for storage, dining, and light meal preparation, along with a dual drip and single-serve coffee maker. This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom including a spacious king size bed, smart TV, and direct access onto the patio. The home’s full bathroom includes an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required with parking fee of $5 per car per night, to be paid upon check-in at the Welcome Center (closes at 10 PM).
• Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Amenities pass will be provided via text at 3:00 pm CST on the day of arrival.
• This home is equipped with a Ring security camera next to the front door.
