I had to take an Uber as no one from the hotel answered the number on the reservation. "

It's not a luxury hotel, but the location is great and the facilities are comfortable enough to rest after a long day of work. Recommended if you're looking for an inexpensive option to comfortably sleep in Brasilia."

Owner's wife is rude, doesn't speak with customer, looks at her cell phone without responding to customer, and always has a sour expression. I was told by another long term customer that she is rude with everyone, so dont take it personal."
