This was by far the best breakfast I had at any hotel throughout Brazil. It is a great start to any day when you get started with the right food. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I arrived in the early hours of the morning (around 6AM), and I was given breakfast and an early check-in that was all unanticipated. The location was within great walking distance of many areas of interest, restaurants, and shopping.

When I booked the room, I had the choice to pick a basement or another room, but it did not mention that it was in the basement. Once checked in, I was given a basement room with no windows. The corridor smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was broken and leaking dirty water on the floor, the shower did not get hot, and the AC was prehistoric and very noisy. Staff were rude and argumentative when I said I wanted a new room and wanted to be charged to upgrade, but said they were full. The whole experience was awful

A localização do hotel é muito boa, perto de um shopping e várias lanchonetes, conseguimos fazer muita coisa a pé, contratei um tipo de quarto mas chegando no hotel não era oq estava no site e tive que pagar uma taxa de $ 80,00, não achei justo, mas para evitar aborrecimentos fiz, o ar condicionado é bom porém muito barulhento, café da manhã é bom também, enfim, para 2 ou 3 diárias me atendeu. Só lamentável a taxa para mudar de quarto.

Se puder evite

Fiquei hospedado em um quarto no subsolo e a experiência foi muito ruim. O ambiente era úmido, com forte cheiro de mofo, o que atacou minha rinite em poucas horas. O quarto era quente, e embora tivesse ar-condicionado, o barulho parecia um tubo de ressonância magnética, impossível relaxar. As janelas ficavam no nível da rua, o que dava insegurança, já que parecia fácil a entrada de insetos ou até roedores. O sono foi difícil também por conta do barulho vindo de outros quartos. Solicitei a troca de quarto, mas o recepcionista não demonstrou vontade em ajudar, apenas disse que "era assim mesmo" e que o hotel estava lotado. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar: praticamente tudo tinha um gosto estranho, principalmente o presunto, que parecia estar velho. Enfim, não recomendo. Se puder, evite até que o hotel passe por uma reforma e melhore a qualidade do atendimento e da alimentação.

Viemos em 5 pessoas. Na chegada gostamos muito do local, porém quando fomos tomar banho, acabou a água quente e o prazo para esquentar novamente era de 3 horas. Ficou duas pessoas sem tomar banho por que já era tarde da noite e todos estavam cansados

O hotel é antigo (e não tenta esconder), mas está razoavelmente bem conservado. E é bem simples, só tem o o básico. Mas isso é condizente com o custo. O grande problema, que me fez dar uma nota ruim, é o fato de a internet ser bem ruim, a ponto de não ter como usar em alguns momentos. Hoje em dia não há mais condições de um hotel não fornecer uma boa internet. O café da manhã foi o mais positivo: tem várias opções, varia a cada dia, e alguns doces bem saborosos.

Péssima experiência com o quarto

Solicitei quando fiz a reserva que não fosse quarto no subsolo. No check-in me deram o quarto no Subsolo com desculpa que o hotel estava lotado Não tinha janelas, apenas pequenas persianas que dava de encontro com um mato, terra e lixos da rua. Tinha um ar condicionado que metade ficava para dentro e metade para área suja, chamei a recepção mostrando que ao redor do ar condicionado tinha um vão entre 2 cm, que passava facilmente insetos como formigas, baratas, largatixas, e por já te visto em ruas, até pequenos ratos que já presenciei passando por debaixo de portões com o mesmo vão, Solicitei trocar de quarto, mas só tinha no mesmo andar, onde tinha o mesmo tipo de problema, pedi então que no próximo dia viesse a manutenção e passasse um silicone ao redor do ar condicionado, trocaram o ar condicionado, e o vão se manteve, acima do ar condicionado tinha um exaustor redondo que não funcionava, que o espaço das hélices eram maior que do ao redor do ar condicionado, nesse sim dava para passar ratos 🐀 🐀 com tranquilidade, tanto que no outro dia fui até o estacionamento verificar, e tinham aquelas arnadilhas para ratos, aquelas caixas pretas para evitar ratos e insetos, mas não seria mais fácil retirar o mato, fazer um acabamento com cimento, e colocar uma tela para evitar passar mosquitos grudada na grade de segurança, sei que vi diversas hotéis ao redor, tirei fotos para caso eu precisar voltar, não passar por esse mesmo problema. O café da manhã achei bem servido e bom.
