Lovely property close to the train station. The rooms are nice and large. There are steps or an elevator to use. The beds are very firm… the included breakfast was amazing with a lot of food and options. Available. There are restaurants near the mall and downtown.

Looks a bit old fashioned but its newly built!

Newly build Hotel! The pictures give a wrong impression as the interior is in dark woods and give the impression of a bit outdated style. But it´s about 10 years old only and its all made of high quality materials, its very clean and in a quiet area! Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is Romanian style (Cheese, fresh vegetables and individual made eggs on demand)

Probably the best stay in Brasov

Another GREAT stay at this lovely hotel. The hotel is very close to the center of Brasov. Although it is rated as a 3-star hotel, it offers services far above this standard and far above 4-star hotels. The rooms are large, in good condition, immaculately clean, breakfast is fresh and delicious and the staff is kind and friendly.

What a beautiful, well run hotel. Just off the Main Street but close enough for the OldTown bars and restaurants. Adrian at reception was very knowledgeable, helpful and spoke perfect English. I would most definitely return to this hotel and recommend this to all and sundry

This hotel is very well located between the train station and the Old Town. Very friendly staff and everything we needed was provided. The room had a fridge/minibar and the shower pressure was excellent. AC kept the room comfortable. Very close to a shopping center as well.

Nice and central hotel

One of the BEST stays that we had in Brasov! The hotel is very nice, clean and close to the city centre. It is also right nearby a shopping mall, where you can find a hypermarket and lots of dining options. It is a family business and the owner is a very nice lady. We also had a delicious breakfast. We will certainly return!

Great property which is very clean and well managed. While property is outstanding the location is not ideal for restaurant selection. We preferred to walk to Old Town which is about a mile and half but with great dining options

We stayed at the Citrin for 3 nights in May. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the our room very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of freshly prepared options (we had omelette) together with pastries, fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheese, meat etc. The hotel is situated in a quiet street near to a large shopping centre. It is about 15 min walk from railway station and about 20 mins from the old town which has many restaurants and bars. We would certainly stay here again if we visit Brasov in the future.

Correct in very way. Clean, quiet, excellent service. The breakfast was terrific, enough to tide one over to dinner. Located just around the corner from AFI, a massive, modern mall with an enormous food court. Otherwise, not much by way of dining options in the area; and a bit of a hike from the city center (15-20 minutes). Otherwise, a great option for a stopover in this city.

Good People, Good location

The rooms are nice and spacious with all the expected amenities. Where they really shine are the people that work there - everyone is incredibly helpful, informative and just very accommodating. I had asked if they had fruit for breakfast and the next thing I know they are going to the store to get berries - for that breakfast. Who does that? I really appreciated the effort, but that's how they are at Citrin - very nice.

Very old rooms. Terrible beds. The mattress is old and it feels like we're sleeping on a board. We couldn't sleep because of the discomfort. It's a shame that they edit a photoshop to present a hotel that is far from reality. Even though we booked 4 nights, we ran away after a night that was a nightmare.
