Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel. Ha ido subiendo de precio (como todos), pero es gratificante ver que hacen mejoras y reformas. Aún están en ello, pero parece que va por buen camino. A lo mejor a la próxima ya se merecen 5 estrellas en el comentario

Me me gustó mucho su ubicación está cerca del centro es una zona tranquila y tienen parking lo cual resulta bastante cómodo si dispones de un vehículo. Lo que no me gustó fue que la ducha no tenía soporte y tenías que sujetarla con la mano todo el tiempo.

Good hotel close to historic center

Location -very good. Breakfast - excellent Parking - is a problem. They offer free parking but is a huge challenge. I ended up paying each night at a local parking. Room: OK People: nice

Fine for a couple days

The hotel and room were clean and housekeeping staff was attentive.However, the room and bathroom felt outdated; noise was also a problem as thin, older doors allowed sound to carry quite well. Overall there was nothing wrong with the hotel per se, but I would not recommend the hotel if you're looking for a relaxing, quiet, and modern room.

Hotel is poorly insulated so you hear your neighbours at night, rooms not comfortable and AC is extremely loud, but they are very clean. Staff was pleasant. Location isn't ideal , so I would not recommend this hotel.

Fuyez, Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel vers 21h00 (2 adultes et 2 enfants (5 et 8 ans)) après 5h30 de trajet en voiture. Un comité d'accueil était présent: 6 équipes de foot d'enfants de 10 ans. Un bruit infernal dans les chambres avoisinante et dans les couloirs investis par ces équipes. Aucun adulte présent pour les canaliser. Après plusieurs remarques, je m'exaspère à 00h30 et j'arrive à calmer ces petits Loulous. Le lendemain matin à 6h00, c'est autour des entraineurs de crier et hurler pour réveiller leurs joueurs. Au petit déjeuner: plus rien à manger.Le serveur nous apporte une tomate qu'il vient de découper en rondelle. il reste toutefois du lait et du café (les enfants ne doivent pas prendre de café). Une journée de tourisme intense et nous revenons à notre hôtel: Les footballeurs sont encore la. nous rentrons dans la chambre et celle ci n'a pas été faite (on a vidé la poubelle de la salle de bain et remis un rouleau de papier toilettes). Les lits n'ont pas été fait et les serviettes pas changé. c'est désolant, pour 170€ les 2 nuits. le réceptionniste ne sait pas pourquoi la chambre n'a pas été faite.

Not customer friendly...

We arrive at the hotel to be told there are no rooms available even though we had a reservation. We were given the twin even though they had a double bed room available...not in the price range we booked we were told. I'll definitely not recommend or stay again there!
