Would choose michalska again

Stayind in Michalska hotel was a wonderful experience. Hotel is close to everything. The only minus is that they didnt change our coffee caps with clean ones ,althought they were obviously used. They changed towels everyday, but not bedsheets. Stuff polite and friendly. Satisfying breakfast.

Perfect location, very nice staff at the reception. Everything nice. The breakfast area was under repair so we were sent to have breakfast in another top location. The door of the bathroom was of sliding type, not providing sound insulation and without a lock. Was not an issue for me, but it could have been if I would have stomach problems.

Perfect hotel for its money, very friendly personnel. The only downside is that there are two buildings and the breakfast served in just one of them, so in winter it is not too convenient.

Good hotel and central location.

Nice hotel in the centre of town. The hotel had character staff are friendly it’s local to a lot of thousand restaurants. However there is a strip club opposite the hotel. We stayed on the top floor and didn’t have any disturbance from there. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and powerful. I would happily visit this hotel again.

Расположение - супер! Встретили хорошо, приветливо. Завтраки хорошие, без особых изысков, но сытные и на разный вкус. Номер небольшой, но вполне уютный и с реально большой кроватью. В номере всё есть, кроме тапочек (к этому оказались не готовы). Самое неприятное - в нашем номере унитаз всхлипывал каждую минуту круглосуточно (((

Great location and very good breakfast. Negative is the sewer gas smell in the bathroom. The reception person explained that the pipes are very old and any renovation must be permitted and approved due to the historic nature of the property which takes time and money. Just keep the door closed to the bathroom and it's OK.

Attention à l'utilisation de produits au chlore pour nettoyer les chambres, nous avons eu quelques problèmes (allergie aux yeux pour l'une, problème respiratoire pour l'autre) et l'odeur était encore très forte le lendemain matin!

Decent hotel but service is poor!

The room extremely hot and the staff refused to look into the problem. One person was very rude and literally told us that they decide what temperature the rooms should be at, it’s not up to the guest! Our overall service was one of the worst I’ve ever seen, and I have travelled through many countries 😞

Excelente en todo. Solamente el ascensor no funcionaba y eso complicó la entrada y saluda con el equipaje. Pero tuvimos la muy buena disposición de Ella, la recepcionista quien nos ayudo en ambos casos.

Both on the day we arrived and the day we left the elevator was out of service. Since we were on the top floor this was problematic. But the staff did help us carry our suitcases up and down. Would be nice if the beautiful garden was open all day instead of just for breakfast.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig in einer ruhigen Nebengasse,ist aber für Radfahrer weniger geeignet, da man zum fahrradstellplatz nur über 3 hohe Stufen rauf, durch den Frühstücksraum und 5 Stufen runter kommt.
