"Beautiful hotel. The rooms are lovely and the jacuzzi was such an amazing final touch. The check in staff were so nice and everything about our stay was perfect. Lovely buffet breakfast with great coffee. Couldn’t have asked for more. Location is perfect for exploring Bratislava and for accessing transport links. Truly a 5* service. The staff there need a special mention for their outstanding professionalism and kindness. "
