LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
Your apartment is located in a holiday home on the outskirts of Sankt Andreasberg, in the middle of the national park (680m above sea level). The house is quiet, is mainly used by the owners and is located at the end of a cul-de-sac directly at the forest. It is a 5-minute walk to the high ropes course, the toboggan slope or the cross-country ski run. Walk to the center of town in about 12-15 minutes.

EQUIPMENT:
The 40sqm, sunny apartment with terrace and lawn has been completely renovated and renovated and is very comfortable and cozy. There is a double bed in the bedroom and an extendable couch in the cozy living room for sleeping 2 more people. A kitchen and dining area (max. 4 people) are integrated in the living room with flat screen TV and stereo system. The modern bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity and a towel radiator.

OUTDOORS:
The terrace with a view of the large garden (lawn can be used) faces south. Comfortable garden furniture and loungers are available. The parking lot is in front of the house. Hiking trails and circular hiking trails start at the front door. A barbecue area will soon be set up for the facility.
