Excellent clean and quiet hotel despite being across the road from the airport. Nothing to complain about except pricing of food/meals in the main restaurant!

Nice place with pool right opposite the airport

Luxurious stay at the end of a rainforest tour. Nice hotel, wonderful pool, particularly good bed. No problem also to change from one twin room to two singles. Not cheap though, but worth it for hassle free time.

Not what you expect if you book 5* Hotel

This hotel has had its best days. It was definitely number 1 in the city... 40 years ago. They try to keep everything in order but everything is worn out. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

my stay was not good

The service at restaurant was very poor , and waitress are unfreindly , no one can check on you when you are eating just to ask you if you need anything . when i needed anything i had to go to them instead of them to come to me. And if you speak english , it wil be hard to you to get something to eat , but you can eat their preference because what you like will be hard to explain in french that you don't even know.

Service de chambre mediocre je dirai

Ce n'etait pas mon premier séjour mais la mauvaise surprise en retrant vendredi soir a été de constater que le drap sur notre lit n'avait pas été changé. On pouvait voir clairement des cheveux et des ombres justifiant la presence d'un client avant nous. Une semaine auparavant ma fille et son epoux ont eu la même mauvaise surprise mais on leur avait changé de chambre. Dans notre cas il faisait très tard nous avons dormi sans deranger le personnel de la reception. C'est incroyable pour un hotel de ce niveau. Nous avons signalé notre desagrement à la reception en quittant l'hotel le lendemain matin

Excepté les moustiques tout a été bien

La seule perturbation que nous avons eue en occupant notre chambre a été la présence des moustiques. En quelques minutes mon épouse en a tué huit et il y'en avaient encore lorsque nous avons quitté momentanément la chambre. On nous avait proposé de nous reloger mais nous avons juste demandé qu'on pulvérise comme il nous avait été assi proposé. C'est ce qui a été fait la nuit s'est bien passée sans moustique
