"Great and did the job for what we needed. Thank-you!"

"Check in was simple. Brean beach is fantastic for long walks. Brean itself isn’t so great. The accommodation was basic, smelt damp. Oven was filthy. Not somewhere I would recommend. Overpriced for what it was."

"The Bedroom Radiator did not work, on reporting this an electric heatert wasd delivered to the room."

"Staff were helpful & polite, the room was clean & well cared for. The toiletries were good quality & little touchs like the biscuits, popcorn,& crisps were thoughtful. Breakfast was varied & good sized portions."

"Room was cleaned daily ...coffee tea was replaced daily but weather was so good out early so didn't have meals there . So couldn't pass comment on this"

"Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance so the extra amenities were not available."

"Rooms were lovely, staff friendly but restaurant a bit off. The fact you have an entrance and dedicated lift for it but no menu on the ground floor was a bit off. Once you’re up there it’s kind of oh well I guess I’ll eat up here. Back to the rooms very quiet and extremely comfortable"

"Clean comfortable room evening entertainment was great for the elderly! However we was 3 ladies attending an event else were but we did pop in the bar were their was a male singer who was absolutely amazing with his lovely dog. The bar could do with more selection of drinks, very limited!"

"Lovely place to stay with excellent staff and great bar food."

"We really enjoyed our night at The Old Manor house. Parking is excellent, and the facilities were perfect. We took advantage of the communal lounge and played some games with hot chocolate. Had a lovely meal at The Lamb in Uxbridge. Breakfast was excellent."

"Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft mit freundlichem und sehr hilfsbereitem Personal."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we had (family room) was tired and well used. Poorly set out, occupants of the double room had to go through the twin room to access the bath room. Unfortunately very noisy hot and smelly due the kitchen extractor fan located outside the bedroom window. Breakfast although served by helpful waitress was poor, I x small rasher of bacon, a small what looked like and tasted like cheap brand sausage. Toast was thin tasteless cheap (45p) supermarket...

"Short 2 night stay for a business trip extremely close to the millennium stadium. Really nice hotel, well decorated and great service. Would certainly return"

"Wonderful room and staff."

"The first thing that greeted us was the smell of stale curry in the reception area and corridors, the lift was broken that would have taken us to our floor (the top one of course) and there was an absolute maze of corridors to navigate to find out way to the room. Hotel is definitely not a 4 star as stated, I,d give it 2 at most. Glad I was only there for 1 night."

"Short comfortable stay didn’t use the facilities"

"Attending a wedding there. Stayed there for 3 days. Room was clean. Staff were excellent. Good breakfast unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning being downstairs. You had to be careful about leaving the window open, would we stay there again? Yes"

"Great parking and nice staff"
