Summary:
Welcome to our renovated 2 bedroom Winter Point townhouse! This unit can accommodate 5 guests and is a great location for skiing, hiking, and enjoying everything Breck has to offer! Guests will love the high-end finishes and access to the nearby Upper Village pool and hot tubs. Take advantage of the proximity to downtown Breck, the nearby ski lifts and hiking trails because they are all within walking distance!

The Space:
This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Winter Point townhouse is completely remodeled, beautifully finished, spacious, and comfortable. Both of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, a balcony with mountain views, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a futon that folds into a bed, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The bedrooms are ideal for both young families and larger groups and are conveniently located on their own floor above the kitchen and living room.

The main floor is a split-level featuring the kitchen and half bathroom on one level, and the living room and fireplace on the other. The kitchen has all of the amenities needed to cook in the comfort of home. Enjoy high end stainless steel appliances and a beautifully remodeled kitchen with plenty of counter space. There is a kitchen table with seating for six. The living room features large, mounted TV with cable and a gas fireplace. There is a patio off the living room that has a small table with seating for four and a BBQ for grilling. The living room has plenty of seating and comfortable furniture.

The covered garage is accessed directly from the home and fits one car. There is additional outdoor parking available on a first come basis and requires a parking pass. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer and a half bathroom off the kitchen.

In addition to the townhouse, you will also have access to the swimming pool and hot tubs at the Upper Village Pool Center.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, one parking space in the garage, and the pool and hot tubs at the Upper Village Pool Center.

The Neighborhood:
Winter Point townhomes enjoy one of the most versatile locations in Breckenridge. For winter travelers, the snowflake ski lift is located a couple hundred yards from the townhouse and you can ski back on the Four O'Clock run at the end of the day and have a quick walk back to the townhouse. Main Street and the Village are less than a ten minute walk. You can also take the Breck Free Ride bus, which stops just outside the entrance of Winter Point, and get dropped off at the Gondola, Snowflake Lift, the Village, and many other stops.

Getting Around:
In the winter, you can ski down 4 O’Clock run located a couple hundred yards from the townhouse. Getting to the slopes is a breeze with the Snowflake lift just a couple hundred yards up the road, and a Breck Free Ride bus stop at the entrance of Winter Point on 4 O’Clock Road. The bus stop is on the Grey Route Southside. Hiking trails are a quick walk away for those visiting in the non-winter months. When the weather is nice, you can walk to Main Street in less than 10 minutes. Uber/Lyft is also available!

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.

The garage can fit cars and small SUVs such as Ford Escapes, Chevy Equinox or GMC Terrain/Acadia.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Please note, the indoor/outdoor pool, two outdoor hot tubs, and indoor hot tub operate seasonally on 4 O'Clock Road. They open with the ski area on the 2nd Friday in November and close in September.

We have been staying already couple of times in those townhouses and they are very well located, and all very nice. This one was very nicely decorated, furnished and clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Looks like newly remodeled and it was perfect for a very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed the evening by watching movies on Netflix after a day of skiing. The restaurants were great so we didn't have a need ton cook so total relaxation.

It was definitely not the winter of our discontent as we were impressed with the space. All things were well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and will look for opportunities to stay here in the future.

Great property and amazing location. Host wouldn’t let us in 20 minutes early as we were standing in the snow with our luggage. We were even declined to put our luggage in the garage. Overall, the property is really nice and is in a perfect location. Would recommend

I spend a lot of time researching homes for my winter vacations. I came across this listing and immediately put it on my list of possibilities. We initially had some communication problems due to VRBO messaging, but resolved that with direct email. Access information was sent a couple days before arriving. I've stayed at Winterpoint before so I knew where we were going. Entry to the townhome through the garage is easy. Info on the listing is spot on. The home has been nicely remodeled and was very comfortable. Living area with huge TV was great to watch the Super Bowl. Kitchen has all you need to cook meals in home although spices and things like that were lacking. Gas grill on front porch was on my list of must haves. This townhome is perfect for a family or two couples as both bedrooms had en suite baths. Half bath off kitchen was also nice. Staying in Breckenridge can be all about location and this unit doesn't disappoint. You'll be spoiled in this unit which is the first building off Ski Hill Road. Not at the back of the complex. 20 steps and your on Ski Hill Road. One block to Park Ave., one block the other way to Snowflake lift. I don't know why there are no reviews for this property, but if you think this property fits your needs, you won't be disappointed. 40 + inches of snow and great accommodations. What more could we ask for. Thanks RJ and associates for a great time in Breckenridge.

This condo is very nice and a super short walk into town. We were disappointed that the listing advertises pool and hot tub access, but this was not true. They are located at a different property and were both closed during our stay. The listing should have reflected this. We would have chose a different property of the would have accurately advertised the status of the pool/hot tub.
