  • This condo plus loft has a great location in Pine Ridge's only stand-alone building and slopeside near the 4 O'Clock Ski Run. Windows on three sides allow sunlight and views of the mountains in all directions. The decor, reminiscent of Breckenridge's mining and frontier history, provides the perfect environment for a relaxing vacation. The remodeled well-equipped kitchen has all new appliances and from the kitchen window you can watch the skiers returning home on the ski run or hikers and mountain bikers enjoying the trail in the summer. In warm weather, open the windows or the rear sliding balcony door to listen to Sawmill Creek flowing through the wetlands. The wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and a romantic touch to the living room, perfect for wintertime or other cool evenings.

    When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

    This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.

The location was absolutely perfect. The unit fit our group really well you can ski and ski out right from the unit. It's walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown. We cannot wait to come back and stay.

Great stay! Perfect location and very cozy!

This place was super clean! They had great kitchen items that made cooking very easy. The beds were comfortable. Hygiene areas very clean. This place is also SO close to the Main Street and walking distance everywhere. I’ve stayed in Breck multiple times and this is one of my favs. Just felt super at home and equipped well. The owners definitely keep good care of this place! Appreciate the stay!

Only was able to have one parking pass for 8 person condo, had to pay $10 a night for parking lot out of town for other guest. Very inconvenient and jacuzzi didn’t open until 12:00 and closed 8pm two very important accommodations i was very bummed about
