Everything you could want in a ski in/out condo is right here at the base of Peak 9 in the heart of the ski village. Only steps away from Main Street with incredible shopping and restaurants for when you aren`t on the mountain.



The condo is a fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. Amenities include granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.



This condo is located in the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and you will have access to all of the great facilities this exclusive hotel has to offer, like the enormous four season pool and multiple hot tubs.

Great Experience!!!

This was a great place that I would highly recommend to small family! The property was very close to the lift. Short walk to all the great shops and restaurants. Very clean and modern look. Even though the place was small, it had a great layout and well organized. Parking was close, free, and in an enclosed garage. The host was excellent, and quickly answered any questions I had. I would stay there again for sure!!!

Great location and pretty view from the balcony! Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The condo was clean, loved the hot tubs after a long day of hiking, and it was a great place to stay for a long weekend in Breck.

Great Place & location

We went there for our 10th anniversary. Walking distance to just about everything in Breckenridge. Shoulder season meant we had the town to ourselves before weekend crowds. The villa had a fantastic view of the mountains. The place was perfect for our needs. We will look forward to a return here.

Great location and mountain view

We really enjoyed being so close to town and hikes. Having a kitchen, living room and bed area is very relaxing. Loved the water and mountain views. Wish we used the pool and hot tubs. Only thought, more than 1 spoon and more complete and fresh coffee supplies.

Great spot and location

We had a great stay! We own a house close by but it was rented out so we found this place to stay and it was great. Great view of the slopes and so easy to get to Quicksilver. We loved it and would stay again. And the four hot tubs were nice!

The property was very close to Quicksilver chairlift. Also, a lot of restaurants in the area that are walking distance. Christmas week was very crowded with gridlock traffic in the evening hours . I would recommend going later in January or February because of the crowds.
