LOCATION – Location is everything. Located just steps from the free shuttle and only three blocks from Main Street you will be able to take advantage of everything you came to Breckenridge to do. You can step outside your front door and hop on the free shuttle to take you to the slopes quickly. For even more activities, nearby Carter Park offers sledding in the winter and outdoor tennis courts and a children's playground in the summer.

This was a great little condo, especially if you enjoy sitting on the porch looking at trees and having quick access to a park, bike trails, tennis/pickle ball courts, and downtown Breck. It was very clean and convenient. The only improvements worth mentioning are: 1) better/clearer instructions on check-in, and 2) a couple of chairs on the porch.

We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed it very much. It had everything we needed and was very clean! It was essentially a ground floor unit and had garage parking. The location was perfect..easy access to town, a grocery store, the railroad park and skating rink all either by walking or the free trolley! The only comment I would make is that it would have been nice to have a couple chairs on the deck to sit out and enjoy the view and park activities otherwise we were very pleased.

Condo was in walking distance from Main Street. Covered garage was a bonus. Bed was a bit hard but we used extra blankets to soften it up a bit. Did not have chairs on patio as shown on picture. Overall, stay was splendid-would return.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect—just a short walk to restaurants and the slopes, so we didn’t have to move the car at all. The room was spotless and stocked with all the essentials, and the relaxed check-out instructions were a nice touch. The property manager was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made our stay even better.A couple of small things to note: the property only supplies two rolls of toilet paper, which felt a bit low for a space that accommodates six people, and there was only one parking spot available. Additionally, the hot water ran out quickly, so showers need to be staggered if more than two people plan to shower around the same time.Overall, these were minor inconveniences, and the fantastic location and great customer service definitely outweighed them. I’d happily stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Atrium. We visited in February 2025 and the property is located about 0.5 miles from the Quicksilver Superchair so technically it is walking distance to the slopes (albeit a more comfortable walk in snowboard boots than ski boots). If you don't want to walk, there are two shuttle stops right outside the building that can get you where you want to go. We were able to comfortably fit five (5) people in the condo during our stay. The condo is well equipped with your typical kitchen equipment (coffee maker, slow cooker, etc.) and also had a nice gas grill on the patio. The hot tub on site was large and toasty, which was great for the cold/snowy nights. The underground garage was also very convenient - we were able to fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee L in the garage without clearance issues. We will definitely be back in the future!

This was the perfect spot for our family. Because we were on the ground floor we had access to the back deck to play in a snowy wonderland. A short 2 minute walk to Carter Park there’s a free kids hill for sledding. You can see the hill from the back door. We were just a five minute walk to grocery shop and Main Street. Saved a lot of money by staying here instead of ski in/out!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the best places we have stayed in Breckenridge, and we travel there a lot for skiing. The condo is very comfortably furnished and stocked with everything you need - from the kitchen to the bedroom with spare linens and blankets to the bathroom and even pool towels. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable - even for my Husband who is not a fan of a firm bed. Our 4yo loved the bunk beds! The proximity to the sledding hill and the sleds provided on a balcony were a great plus. Location awesome too - bus is right there and in 5min walk you are in the heart of Breck. Overall, great stay and we will be coming back. For real, we have booked another stay with them in couple of weeks.
