Enjoyed a 5 day stay, convenient location. Took the shuttle right in front of the apartment to get to the slopes and walked into town for dinner. The apartment is well outfitted and comfortable.

Excellent Location

This is our 3rd time to stay in this VRBO & we love it more each time. It's close to hiking trails and restaurants, yet far enough away not to hear the traffic on HWY 9. We absolutely love that there are no animals allowed in this condo due to my severe allergies. The new washer/dryer was the only thing I didn't totally love, lol. It's not a deal breaker, as I figured it out & we hope to stay here again.

Disappointing experience

The location is close to the slopes, convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. We live in Florida and booked a ski trip. It was very cold so we wanted to use the fireplace - it didn't work. I texted property mgm immediately, they said we had to wait until next day because it wasn't an emergency! We were told a part needed to be ordered from a "vendor" which never arrived. It's Colorado in the winter so the fireplace was a selling point but we never had use of it. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs. However, some of the items were not clean; when you closed the refrigerator door it pops open the freezer door so you need to be cognizant of closing BOTH doors, the microwave oven did not work properly because the turntable didn't work and it made a horrible sound; the sink in BOTH bathrooms was plugged and it took forever for water to drain (maintenance came to fix it, but the issue still continued); the description said there is a washer AND dryer. It's a new COMBINATION unit so it took over 2-1/2 hours to dry a small, light load! The baseboard heater in the 2nd bedroom, which is at the head of the queen and bunk beds, was covered with hair, dust and dirt - horrible for folks with allergies! Water was spilled on kitchen floor- when we wiped up, the paper towels were BLACK. Proof the unit is not thoroughly cleaned as advertised.

Home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We used the kitchen and cooked most of our meals. Beds are very comfortable. Large walk in closets and drawers to unpack everything. Beautiful master bath shower. Everything is updated and clean. The only thing we were missing is use to a swimming pool, but it wasn't necessary. Have stayed in this complex before and will continue to do so.

3 Night Stay in Breckenridge, Base 9

The owners or property management company kept in contact frequently to ensure all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion. The living room area had a nice gas fireplace that we used to stay warm and cozy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. Everything you can think of was provided. Large table for dining. A grill was provided. Each room had a tv and access to their respective bathrooms. The master bedroom had a comfy king size bed which was a plus. The second bedroom had a queen bed and bunk beds. Perfect for kids. The home was awesome and we would give it a 9 out of 10. 1 point off because the hot water would run out when someone would shower for 5 min. Other than that, it was an excellent stay! Would consider renting again next year! Easy walking distance to Main Street and Peak 9. The Free Ride shuttle bus was right near the condo. Very easy to take to other Peaks/locations. The only concern we had was that the HOA must do a better job with shoveling and de-icing the stairwell. It was slippery going down with both shoes and ski boots.
