Great views, short walk to the slopes, near downtown. The room was totally accommodating to our needs.

Location is great, rental was big and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. However, the unit was rundown and the staff was not helpful and had to call us about 10 times to figure out if they gave us the right room. Recommend the location.

Have been staying here for over ten years, love the location and amenities. This unit is huge, but needs some TLC. Carpet needs replacing, needs more kitchen utensils and supplies, broken blinds and windows don’t close. Cost has increased dramatically in the past 5 years, might be time to try something else.

The size of this unit was nice and the kitchen was well equiped. However, I would avoid this unit. The carpet was fithly, worn and disgusting. The fans in the bathrooms need to be replaced, they sounded like a helicopter was taking off. Closet doors were broken. None of the humidifiers worked. a few blinds were broken. We rented this unit for our daughter's wedding. Disappointed. The venue needs to add exterior signage to identify the buildings. We had issues with access cards not working. That was tolerable the unit was not.

6/10

The staff at the front desk of the hotel was great. The unit was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was not working upon our arrival. The freezer unit worked sporadically. The maintenance guy helped us move our food to another unused unit down the hall where had to keep it the rest of our four-night stay! It was very inconvenient. There were six adults and five children staying in the four-room unit. I have a feeling the fridge wasn't working for the prior renters either. No one ever came to look at it and we had no contact from anyone on repairing or replacing it. That inconvenience ruined what would have been a fantastic vacation. We were all very disappointed.

We rented this four bedroom apartment for a ski trip. The first sign that the property lacks management oversight began when we were given directions as to where our unit was. The front desk was so useless that a competing property manager kindly led us to our building. They gave similar dismissive directions to a guest meeting us the night after our arrival. Minus a star The apartment was dated but there’s a kind of charm in that. One of our bedroom windows would not shut but management sent the superintendent over and he closed it using a pair of pliers. I would not take a star off for the malfunction The bathroom by the entrance appeared to be updated and we favorited it over our own bathroom which featured grout blackened by the grime of so many visitors. We couldn’t help but wonder, how hard is it to man the beleaguered cleaning staff with some floor buffers to tidy up properly? We wore slippers in the flat to ease our minds. The next shortcoming was a lack of storage space. Dedicated ski lockers would’ve been appreciated. Minus another star for the filth and the lack of storage The weather cooperated to make for some wonderful days skiing and we tried the hot tub after returning from the slopes. My wife found a clump of hair in the hot tub and got out. I stayed for a soak and, according to my physician, caught bacterial pneumonia from the experience. No other explanation is plausible. Minus all stars.

Generally I don’t provide feedback so take this for what it is. The location is really nice for this rental but the inside needs a lot of work. We booked this place for 3 nights and after the fees paid about $500 a night. For that money I’d expect things to be in better shape. Couple issues, the place can fit 10 people but they only provide 1 parking space, which, there’s no cars that fit 10 people so it’s annoying that you have to go find paid parking for any additional vehicles. Second, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, we called the front desk and they gave us the neighbors Wi-Fi password and that was fine until night 3 when that just stopped working as well. The fire place didn’t work, called the front desk on day 1 and they said they’d send someone but no one ever came, on day 3 they called and asked if it was still broken and said they said they would send someone, I told them not to bother since it was the last day. The rental has all kinds of cracking on the walls, the dishwasher doesn’t seem to clean things well, the kitchen wood floor needs to be replaced cause it’s apparent it has water damage. One of the bedroom bathrooms carpet is ripped significantly. The list goes one, but the reality is that they just need to fix the place up. That said, the location is likely what you care about and it’s right in the heart of downtown breckenridge. Personally, I would not pay $500 (after fees, $271 without) a night to stay here again because of all the issues but I can imagine some would look past it.

Great location but only have one parking spot for our 3 bedroom apartment. Management helped with a bag of ice to cover the broken ice maker.

6/10

Location was perfect and ski valet much appreciated…efficient, friendly and walking distance to the lifts. Front desk staff very unhelpful at check in, especially as building location and parking quite confusing. The unit itself is well laid out for two families of four, however there were numerous issues with basic maintenance that should have been identified and addressed well before our check in. Doors off hinges, holes in walls, and most frustrating the drain on the jacuzzi tub stuck making it unusable.

8/10

Location couldn’t be better! Walk to town and lift! Property needs a little renovating, some of the furniture and rugs are looking worn. The biggest problem is large Vacasa fees.

We loved the ski in/ski out location of this unit and it's proximity to town! The crepe stand right outside was also a plus! However, this unit does need new carpet and bedding. We used the extra white duvets from the closets on the beds while we were there. The kitchen also could use some replenishments like a simple 9x13 pan. The parking garage was extremely tight to find parking so that was also a bit annoying. Also, the internet service was not the greatest. Overall, we had a good stay in this condo but it could use a few improvements.

The condo was ideally located at base of mountains at Maggie pond. Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Numerous hikes and activities within walking distance. The condo is very spacious with four bedrooms four bathrooms, plenty of space for two families. Vacasa made everything easy, warm and friendly staff at the front desk.

The pros were that this condo was in a great location and had a great, nice large layout. The cons were it was very outdated - desperately needs new carpet and rugs and pillows. Also the condo is located in Main Street Station and the elevators were terribly slow and their key card system was a disaster - we had 5 keycards and they barely ever worked to our condo, elevator or outside door. We had to constantly go downstairs to let people in due to the inoperative key cards.

8/10

Our four bedroom condo was perfect for our group of eight, which included three kids. It was clean, nice in size, centrally located, and well priced. The only drawback was the very loud construction going on at the adjacent unit, which would start as early as 7am. I understand that work on units is a necessity, but it was disappointing that the Vacasa staff was not understanding of our frustrations of being woken up at 7am to drills and saws. An easy remedy would be to limit start times for construction to a later hour, allowing future renters to wake up in peace.

The location can't be beat! Nicely updated kitchen and very roomy for 10 people to sleep, eat, and hang. Mountain views are breath taking in the morning. The only helpfull maintenance feedback is that we had to fix a ceiling light cover not put back on and a living room lounge chair footrest. All fixed now. Cold water in one of the bathrooms seems to take longer to heat up. All in all minor things compared to everything else. Beds were great, too!

One of the best locations in all of Breckenridge - and a fantastic unit. Well maintained, secure, and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The property was spacious and in a good location. The unit had had worn carpet with stains and the refrigerator handle was broken. With no air conditioning the windows needed to be open and there was noise from people outside throughout the night. With only one parking spot for a unit with four bedrooms, we learned the other available spots were 50.00 per night unless you wanted to walk a long distance for public parking. For the cost of the room my expectations were higher than what the room provided. The central location and access to downtown area was very good and the space was adequate for our group.
