Beautiful 1 bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, queen size futon, sleeps 4, Add'l living space. Living room, kitchen, 1 bath, covered front porch.3 T.V.'s, 2 are flat screen, DVD player, stereo, portable charcoal barbecue. All kitchen amenities. Close to club house, swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts. Live music on weekends during the summer months, Full calendar of events, beautiful laundry facility, gated community. Great little getaway cabin
My husband and I came up for a long weekend at the last minute and it was the perfect little getaway... had just about everything you need so you don't have to pack a ton of stuff. However do bring condiments! Will do it again.

Best Location to Colorado Trail!
Coming off the Colorado Trail this is the best location for a hot shower and comfy place to sleep. Free bus into Breckenridge is five minute walk away, easy to grab dinner out and resupply. Communication with owner was quick and easy, thanks Lisa!

Exceptional location
We hiked the trails around tiger run and sat by the beaver pond and watched the beaver and ducks. The possibilities are endless. Will definitely be back.

Getaway in the snow
Located at tiger run RV resort this small chalet was very clean and comfy for 3 people. Lisa was easy to communicate with. The only thing that was a little minus was the entrance door . It was newly installed but the company did a bad job. So it was a little cold in the living room at night. Space heater helped you couldn’t run it all night. Lisa told us about it and apologized for it. We could improve it by sticking a towel in the weatherstrip to close the gap
