2 BR, 2 BA Condo – Great Downtown Location – Sleeps 8!

Now this is where you want to be: just a short stroll to Main Street and the shuttle to the lifts! Add in a spacious, comfy condo, and everyone in your group will be thrilled. The complex also features on-site hot tubs, a sauna, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs. This is how Breck is meant to be experienced!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight. The spacious living area features a large flat-screen TV, a wood fireplace and plenty of seating. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll enjoy the quartz counters, stainless steel appliance and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, onsite laundry facilities, and heated underground parking with elevator access to the complex floors. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day to make your vacation as smooth as possible

This was a great property and such a convenient location. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Would stay here again. The beds were a little uncomfortable though. Could probably use replacing.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Breckenridge. The location was excellent, and we truly appreciated that it wasn’t overcrowded, which allowed us to relax and make full use of the amenities, especially the hot tub. Very nice condo, great location. Just minutes from main street and the 4 o’clock lift. You walk a few blocks up from the condo and can hop right on the lift and also ski back to it. Would stay again.
