OK, this is a great Breck condo! Talk about location: Just a short stroll to Main Street and the shuttle to the lifts! The complex also features on-site hot tubs, a sauna, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tubs. Your group will be thrilled to stay here!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, ground-floor condo is a fantastic retreat for families or groups of up to seven. The spacious living area features a large flat-screen TV, a wood fireplace and plenty of seating. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll enjoy the granite counters, stainless steel appliance and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a patio with a gas grill, onsite laundry facilities, and heated underground parking with elevator access to the complex floors. As with all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. You’ll also sleep well knowing our helpful staff is on call 24-hours a day to make your vacation as smooth as possible

Very spacious place, enough room for a family, everything in perfect condition, clean. Location is ideal - 5 minutes walk to slopes, 10 minutes walk to Main St shops and restaurants. Can not be better!

We take a family trip up to breck every year from our home in Littleton. We always choose the weekend of Oktoberfest to honor my husband and I’s heritage. We absolutely love staying at the Cimmaron, it’s so close to Main Street and close to the grocery store. We love the property and it’s always clean and stocked. Highly recommend this property to adults ams families with kids

Good. One note: the lock on the front door quit functioning on the last day. It would not lock. Would only blink red lights. We Googled it and it said the lock was likely out of batteries. Just FYI. Otherwise all was great. THANKS!

Easy check. Pretty clean, I don’t think the showers had been cleaned bc all the shampoo and conditioners were already in the shower stall and open boxes of soap and extra soaps were also already in both bathrooms. The mattress do need to be updated on both the master and bottom buck there was a larger indentation at you rolled into. The only problem we had was the pool was close. The group that takes care of the property didn’t even know but they were able to get us access to another pool with not to many problems.

A short trip to play pickleball or golf. Everything you need is in the condo. Including a grill for steaks and brats. The two weeks was too short. An added note, Summitt staff was very attentive, especially Mia.

Beautiful area, beautiful condo. There was no information given to us about the sealing of the concrete outside of our room, the smell was awful and the only main door was blocked off so was the outdoor area and grill , we had to enter and exit through the overhead garage door. They didn’t care about our complaints. I would recommend anyone to stay with this company

Location is great! You can walk to Main Street. You can walk or ride free bus & trolley. This is our 2nd time at this building. Parking garage is heated which is very convenient. Loved the kitchen & very cozy.
