Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or tickets, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town (which also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

**Important: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter as snow and ice will be present on all surfaces, including driveways and roads.**

Location, Location, Location! The Tyra Condominiums are in high demand, and it's easy to see why. Not only do they offer true ski-in/ski-out access, but they are also just minutes from downtown Breckenridge.

Tyra Stream 343 is a spacious ground-floor, three-bedroom + loft, 3.25-bath condominium located on the parking level of the Tyra Stream building. This unit is perfect for families or groups and offers easy access with no steps to climb.

Winter Highlights:
- Walk across the street to start your ski day at the Snowflake Chairlift. Enjoy easy access to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair.
- Ski down 3 1/2 miles back to the condo for lunch, or unwind at the end of the day in the complex’s hot tubs.
- Experience Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest in late January, or take a scenic sleigh ride through town drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses.
- April brings a month-long festival of concerts and activities to Breckenridge.

Summer Highlights:
- Walk across the street to access two trails alongside Sawmill Creek, leading to the 4 O'clock Reservoir. For the adventurous, hike to the top of 12,998-foot Peak 8.
- Mountain bike on the Four O'clock Trail in the summer or enjoy a leisurely ride on the 9-mile paved path alongside the Blue River.
- Walk three blocks to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops.
- Celebrate the 4th of July with a parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, and National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
- Visit Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze, and pony rides for kids.
- Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
