The Estate at Baldy Ridge, set on 3 private wooded acres, is perfect for large family reunions, corporate retreats, or groups of friends who vacation together. Countless amenities include a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, two spacious dining areas, multiple intimate gathering spots, multiple wet bars, and six fireplaces (1 decorative in rec area). The multi-level living spaces afford all guests the comforts of home and privacy when desired. The lower “Recreation” level of the home houses a 90-inch home theater, wet bar, pool table, foosball, arcade game, and shuffleboard. This estate home also features several outdoor amenities, including one of the largest swim spas in the area, an expansive deck with amazing views large enough to seat the entire group, and a gas grill.

Recently elevated by the new owners, the home features elegant artwork, vintage ski photography, new dining/breakfast room seating, custom rugs, throw blankets, vintage pillows, and other furnishings. All eight “named” bedrooms feature new (i) “triple sheet” bedding, (ii) hypoallergenic alternative down comforters and ample king and standard pillows, (iii) quality towels, (iv) iconic Pendleton wool blankets and Kilim throw pillows.

The award-winning Lodge at Breckenridge Restaurant & Bar is minutes away when you do not feel like cooking, need a nearby market, or a day at the Alpine Spa. The free Summit Stage Shuttle bus stop that serves all of Breck is a short walk (.33 miles) away and the driving distance to the ski area is 8 minutes (2.1 miles). Amenity extras include an attached garage, ample parking, and a laundry room with a secondary refrigerator.

Spring Break Trip - 13 adults and teens!

This house is just “extra”! Beautiful home and an amazing large hot tub! Great back porch, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and comfy beds! The kitchen is beyond stocked and towels galore (not normal in a a rental). The house location is great to get to the Breckenridge Ski resort and for Main Street shopping and dining (10 mins or less drive). We would re-book this house for sure.

Fun and comfortable

This place was perfect for our mixed group of families wit young kids, singles, and couples. The layout made it so that kids could be napping while adults played. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen and the property is just gorgeous inside and out. We had very pleasant exchanges with the property managers and the place was clean nd tidy. We look forward to staying again

Family

We held a Family get-together (my husband and I, our 4 kids and their spouses and children.) We enjoyed the property and the location. I especially liked the downstairs where the kids could go play pool and watch movies while the adults were fixing food, etc. The views were beautiful and we got some great family photos with the views and the wildflowers.

Great place.

Amazing! Estate at Baldy Ridge. Stayed here with kids and grandkids. 20 of us total. Game room a big hit. Kitchen very well appointed with appliances, utensils, plates, etc. Extra large hot tub big plus in the winter. Communication before, during, and after was exceptional. Large home with plenty of private space. Couple of things to work on. 2 fireplaces not working. Tub and shower in main floor master need attention.

Megraw Anniversary / Reunion @ Baldy Ridge

This place was fabulous and exceeded all of our expectations. We had (9) adults and (9) children - (5) families and never seemed crowded. We had hot water problems the first day ... reported via text ... maintenance came, and the problem was fixed within hours of us reporting it. We always got a quick response to a text. The large kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including two dishwashers and a large refrigerator in the laundry room for all our beverages (we didn't need coolers). We prepared our own meals every night with no problems. There was a very nice grill on the deck and extra propane tanks. There were plenty of plates and utensils. The children played in the yard for hours and the deck was large enough for all of us. The movie room was a big hit and access to the internet and TV easy. We could have used coat racks and a pantry, but these were only minor inconveniences. The view of the Breckenridge peaks was spectacular. This was money well spent and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great stay at Baldy Mountain

We had 7 guys in our golf trip through Breck and couldn't have had a better experience. The home was beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. I would highly recommend staying at Baldy Mountain!

Amazing house!
