The condo is in a beautiful location which is a short shuttle ride to the mountain! It could use a bit of TLC on the paint on the interior but was a great value at this time of year.
Overall the space was clean and welcoming. The host took a little while to respond… being a management company you’d expect quicker replies. The house had a musty smell and the carpets were very old and seemed dirty. Overall a decent place, definitely meant more for kids not so much families. There was a big party in the condo across from us and was very loud all night. The property wall are very thin. The people above us were up all night and you could hear them as well. Just a difficult spot with two small kids. Would’ve been perfect for young groups of people.
The condo was nestled in the beautiful city of Breckenridge but private enough where you could enjoy the peaceful and scenic beauty of the area.
Spacious, updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom rental that offered many amenities. Plenty of extra bedding, towels, toiletries for your stay. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, silverware and even some seasonings/spices and fresh ground coffee from the local area. Only complaint is the cookware. The skillets were old, burnt and need replacing. It wasn’t a big deal, but just a heads up if you’re planning on cooking.
Overall, our family was pleased with the location, price and everything the condo offered! We would definitely stay there again!
Great location for quick shuttle ride to and from Peak 7 & 8 and downtown Breck! A quick drive to neighboring resorts as well. Beds were super comfortable. No hot tub - but really hot showers with great pressure. We had a great week & hope to return again soon!
Excellent location with very close to Black Route shuttle to town and up to Peak 8 base. The condo is well equipped. One minor issue with the coded lock - you need to hold the door upon leaving the condo to ensure the lock closes properly.

Perfect location
This condo is perfectly located on Ski Hill Rd just below the Peak 8 lodge. The free shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your front door. Once inside, the kitchen and living space is very welcoming. We comfortably slept 4 adults and 2 kids. Parking is very convenient and spaces were always available. We will look to stay here again without doubt.

Great Condo
Condo was great for our short stay. Loved the fact it was right in front of the shuttle pickup, which made it very easy to get around. Parking in the condo was not an issue for us since we only had 1 car. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The management team was great to work with answering my questions and booking. The discounts for ski rental was great. Our only complaint is the condo was very noisy, as in you can hear all of your loud neighbors but that is to be expected in an apartment-type condo like this. The beds were also not very comfortable for us as we prefer softer beds.
3rd year in a row, this place is perfect, clean & very easy to access the mountain. Last bus stop before peaks 7 & 8, 5 minute ride up & 1st stop coming down. Definitely be back

The online listing does not reflect the condition of the property. We did not like it at all and left early. The location is very good.
Good size for 4 people. Location great for Peak 8 skiing. 5 minute walk up driveway to Bus stop that runs every 24 minutes. Communication from property mgmt. via text was especially helpful. Had a wonderful time. Thank you

Great property! It was close enough to the lifts that we walked home one day (with an 8yo and 5yo) rather than wait on the Black Route Bus. Having the Gold Camp bus stop dang near right outside the door made it a great place to stay!

Awesome place!!! Convenient location. Will definitely stay here again.
We booked this place for my family as a chance of pace during the pandemic. Communication was clear and helpful from the beginning to the end with the property manager. The apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed. Location is walking distance to the Gulch trail and we even got to see a couple of moose wandering through the yard by our car! It was great, easy, and just what we needed.
Close to a bus stop, but also walking distance to the lift. We walked to the lift every morning. It was awesome!
The Condo itself was clean and very accommodating 4 guys.

Ski Vacation
This Condo was perfect for our family vacation. Its a short bus ride to Peak 8 base and downtown Breckenridge, had all the amenities needed for meal prep and plenty of space to just relax after a hard day of skiing.
