We welcome you to our chic mountain condo at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, CO. We have taken great care to create a comfortable and inviting space where you can relax at the end of your day.

Our condo is ideally located in the heart of Breckenridge, just steps from world-class skiing, hiking/biking trails, boutique shopping, and award-winning restaurants. (1/2 block from historic Main Street). So many things to do for all seasons.

After a fun day of exploring or skiing, relax in the steam room/dry sauna, one of the four awesome in-ground hot tubs, or the heated swimming pool. There is also a fire pit where you can gather with friends and family to roast marshmallows and enjoy the mountain air.

Our condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king bed, air conditioning for the warmer summer months, queen sleeper sofa for the kids and a cozy living area. We also have a variety of amenities for your entertainment, including free video games, billiards, gaming room, small movie theater and shuffleboard located in the community area.
