We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

The Breckenridge Recreation Center offers day passes for their amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, exercise facilities, indoor pool with slide, sauna, rock climbing wall, running track, basketball/ racquetball/tennis courts, fitness/yoga classes, locker rooms, etc. More info is available on their website, and they're on the free shuttle route.

Great stay in downtown Breckenridge

My wife and I stayed at this property during the summer and it was great. It's location in downtown Breckenridge meant that we could walk to everything we wanted to. The property is well stocked and we would stay there again.

Great Views and Location!

We stayed here for the start of the ski season and it was wonderful! Only a 5 minute walk to the gondolas so there was no need to drive to the resort. The house was clean, the noise level was not high even with the property on Main Street. I would highly recommend staying here!

Super nice condo in perfect location. Beautiful finishes in the property, new high-end appliances, comfortable furnishings, well-stocked, and everything in mint condition from dishes, pots, and pans to towels and linens. My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved it. The location was perfect - close to everything downtown without any noise, and a short walk to the gondola for skiing. Great Location

We went to Breck the weekend before Memorial Day weekend. Technically it is the Muddy Season but far from being muddy. Our VRBO had a great location, the designated parking spot was nice. This is a perfect spot in the off season or if you want to hit the social scene during the season, you would be right in it. Super impressed with Alpine Edge's check-in process and communication. Will definetly rent from them again!

Location!

This is the perfect location to ski and enjoy the downtown. It was an easy 5-minute walk to the gondola. So close to so many restaurants and shops. Communication was quick and easy with the host. Very nice kitchen appliances and great tap water! :) It was the perfect space for us to ski the slopes during the day and enjoy Main Street at night. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location - Very Nice

Very nice property in the heart of Breckinridge. No need to drive anywhere, everything is within walking distance. Only concern was lack of air flow in the bedroom as noted in other reviews. It was warm during our stay and a ceiling fan in the bedroom would be a great addition. There is a portable floor fan provided, but it is really noisy. Overall very good stay.

Perfect location in Breckinridge

The lodging was perfect for us. We recommend the cafe for breakfast and Nick’s pizza for dinner. There was even a spa with an awesome massage service. Overall, wonderful! My only suggestion is to clearly state “Breckinridge.” I searched Keystone in VRBO soooo it caused a little confusion with our ski tickets. No worries we just drove over. Thx

In the back alley of main street. Very cozy and very clean. 2nd time staying here and will stay again. Only thing that can be changed is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and screens on the south windows to allow airflow thru the property. But this will not deter us from going back.

Location is second to none. Sometimes must sacrifice for quality. Not here. Excellent accommodations. Really great of the owners to share the property with others. If you want to park your car in a reserved spot and conveniently walk to everything, then this is your place. No need to second guess this location.

Did I say great location? This is the perfect property for a couple to be a short walk to the Gondola and on the alley just off Main Street. Full kitchen, nicely updated bath, and comfy bed are a few of the features that make this property extra special. My only gripe was there was no cleaning supplies to clean up the kitchen after cooking a delicious meal. I'm OCD about cleaning and the Dawn soap and water was not enough. Will be staying here again in the future, you should too!

A perfect getaway for two

My husband and I bought tickets to see my favorite band at Red Rocks, and made a vacation trip out of it. We chose Breckenridge as our “home base” and were pleasantly surprised to find this property available for our dates of choice. It was perfect with regards to location, size, and amenities! We rented an SUV through Turo, but really only needed it for our drive from the airport, to and from concert, to the grocery store, and back to the airport—as we were easily able to walk everywhere else for shopping and restaurant dining. The weather was spectacular, and we loved being able to sleep with the windows open at night. And even though we were close to many patios with outdoor musical entertainment, we never had a single issue with noise. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the bathroom was spacious and included a large shower, and the deck was our favorite place to begin our mornings and end our evenings. We cannot say enough positive things about this property, and have zero regrets choosing it for our stay! 10/10 recommend for a couple’s getaway!

Love Breckenridge

Overall, great experience. I placed a call to the property manager, twice, to discussed the non air conditioning and a few items and NEVER received a call back either time. The sheets for the pull out were the wrong size and the bar stools were not usable, very unstable. It all worked out but would have been nice to have received a response.
