This special corner unit is very bright and light with a lot of windows. The front door is easily reached up a half flight of stairs from the parking area a short distance away. A mini mud room is just inside the front door for coats and boots. The Queen bedroom with full vanity and washer/dryer is across the hall from the bathroom with combination tub/shower and another full vanity. A King bed sits on the opposite end of the condo in its own corner with heavy privacy curtain and space for clothing and luggage.

Warm up at the end of your ski day with the flip of a switch by the gas fireplace, or head over to the shared Columbine hot tubs and heated pool.

A well-stocked coffee station complete with mini fridge, Keurig and regular coffee maker frees up space in the beautifully updated kitchen. We've got the little details that make a big difference covered like bedside chargers, plentiful guest supplies, (detergents, paper goods, etc) and thorough instructions for visitors new to Breckenridge. You will feel like you are being hosted by a local friend.

Two guest robes are provided for the short, paved, flat and shoveled 50-yard walk to the heated pool and three large hot tubs.

All Breck Mountain Rental properties are meticulously maintained and well stocked with full-sized and/or ample guest supplies, an informative welcome binder and a shopping bag.
