ON CLOUD 9 - Perfect location for all seasons!

This 3 bed 3 bath condo has the best location you could ask for. A few minutes walk to Quicksilver Lift, ice skating, biking and hiking trails! A few minutes walk to beautiful Main Street with access to awesome food, local breweries, shopping and entertainment! Close to all the activities Breck has to offer yet nestled off the main road where you can retreat to a relaxing quiet place with a great balcony. Large windows in every room bring the outdoors in where you can enjoy views of the colors of fall and snow covered trees and mountains in winter. Each room has a comfy king bed with its own bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for chefs wanting to whip up a delicious meal and the living room has a flat screen and cozy fireplace to curl up and relax in front of. This unit also comes with wi-fi and the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. A hot tub is conveniently located right outside. You will also have access to all the amenities at Main Street Station which includes an outdoor heated pool, gym, hot tub, and Pioneer Club. A few minutes walk to Main Street Station, you also have access to free valet ski storage. Pick up your skis and walk to the quicksilver lift! This unit has everything covered for your stay!

The host is an extremely great communicator! She always responded to our questions very quickly. The unit was clean and perfect for our trip! The location is hard to beat- so close to everything we wanted to do. The ski valet made skiing so much easier so we didn’t have to carry our equipment back and forth. Would highly recommend!

On Cloud 9 was a great spot for our Christmas Vacation in Breck! Brenda was a wonderful host. We had a hot water issue the first night and she had a plumber there early the next morning to take care to the issue. All communication was first class and the location was perfect for skiing and walking the town. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderfully appointed, incredibly clean, and amazing location! We had the best time here. Check-in was easy (Brenda even let us check in a bit early so my son could nap), and check-out was equally as easy (which isn't always common!). Was really impressed with all the items available in the kitchen. And, we easily walked to many popular spots! Would definitely stay here again.

Breck family 2025

Overall we were very pleased with the accomodations, we were 3 sets of family members, so having 3 on suite bedrooms was great. However we didn't expect to find it was a first floor apartment without a lift that was a surprise, also the distance from the ski lift was further than we thought it would be, somewhat due to the snow and ice the pathway was too dangerous to walk down, so we had to go all the way around the buildings to cross the road.But i must say the owners are very nice and very helpful.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal - short walk to lifts and town - and access to the ski valet was such an added bonus! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The layout of the kitchen/living area was perfect. We hope to be back again soon!

Great Fall Getaway in Breckenridge

The property was fantastic! Would like to make this an annual event if possible. The condo was walking distance to the village. The condo was very accommodating for our family as well. Would definitely rent again! Thanks for having us.

Great condo in Breckenridge

Cloud 9 was perfect for our family of 4. The condo is well appointed and so close to everything. We loved visiting CO in the summer. So many fun things to do with 2 teen boys.

Perfect getaway

Great getaway for the 4th

The stay was pleasant. The place was clean and had everything you need to stay/cook for several days. We had 5 people staying at the condo and there was a perfect amount of space to sleep, play games, cook, and hang out! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great location!

The property was a quick walk to downtown and to Carters Park Sled riding hill (by walking thru the walk way up the stairs behind the townhome, then cross the street to the Atrium). The bedrooms were spacious enough and it nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Great balcony and lots of light in the main living area...

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay for my son’s birthday. We spent 3 days skiing in Breckenridge. The ski valet was a great enhancement to this condo. We dropped our skis off the day prior with the valet and then the walk was only about 5 minutes to the Main St. Station. You do have to cross Main St., but as all adults, we didnt have a problem. From the Main St. Station, it was an about a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. The condo was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were great. There’s also a very large covered patio. Communication with the host was very easy as well. We had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again.

Family Ski Trip

Perfect set up and perfect location for our ski adventure. Access to the ski valet was a bonus perk that made our stay even more perfect. The owners were on top of making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay the best it could be. Cloud 9 was just as presented. Thanks for everything!

Excellent location

Our group loved the location of this property! It’s walkable to the peak 9 base and main street. The shuttle for peaks 8 and 7 bases is right outside the condo complex. Doesn’t get more walkable than this! The heated garage is an excellent perk especially since you don’t have to use the car during your stay at all. The three en-suite bathrooms/king size bedrooms were perfect for three couples. We loved our stay.

Great Location

Our group loved the access to a hot tub steps from our building. Access to the Quicksilver lift was a 5 minute walk to the ski valet then another 3 minutes to the lift. Ski valet was a big perk! The condo was perfectly suited for our needs.

Cousins weekend!

The condo was the perfect spot to meet up with my family and met all of our needs. Each adult had their own bedroom and attached bath with a hottub right outside the unit. The walk to the ski lift was a bit far in ski boots but there is a free bus stop right outside the development. We enjoyed walking to the downtown area for dinner/drinks and enjoying the fire place upon our return!
