  • Escape to Atrium 207 – a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that provides the perfect home base for your Breckenridge adventures. Whether you're visiting in the summer or winter, this charming retreat offers the ideal balance of comfort and convenience.

    The well-equipped kitchen is fully stocked and boasts beautiful new stainless steel appliances, making it easy to whip up family meals. Gather around the dining table to share stories of the day’s adventures, or unwind in the inviting living room, complete with plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony with a hot cup of cocoa and take in the picturesque views of snow-covered trees – a true winter wonderland.

    The master bedroom is a welcoming retreat with a comfortable queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a private, beautifully updated bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features a Captain's bunk with a twin-over-full bed, a pull-out twin bed underneath, and a shared bathroom with a relaxing jetted tub. For additional sleeping space, the living room also has a sleeper sofa, accommodating extra guests comfortably.

    Conveniently located in the Historic District on French Street, Atrium Condominiums are just three blocks from Main Street, providing easy access to Breckenridge’s charming shops, dining, and entertainment. This ground-floor condo also offers quick access to the community hot tub – a perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes. Carter Park, located just around the corner, offers a free sledding hill in the winter and tennis and volleyball courts in the summer.

    Atrium amenities include a spacious indoor lounge area for reading or playing cards, a relaxing outdoor hot tub and patio area, community grills, a heated underground parking garage, and on-site laundry facilities.

    For comfort, convenience, and affordability, Atrium 207 is the ideal mountain retreat in Breckenridge – a place you'll want to return to time and time again.

    One vehicle may park in the garage. Parking for an additional vehicle is available for a fee at the Town Ice Rink located a couple blocks south of The Atrium or at the Satellite Lot which is at the North end of town.

Great spot close to town!

We had a blast! Super spacious unit and within walking distance to main street and the grocery store/market. Incredibly easy check in instructions as well. We loved it!

Pros: The location was great, walkable to main street and peak 9, and the management team was responsive typically. Cons: The beds/mattresses weren't the best quality. In the bunk room, the bottom bunk bed felt like you were sleeping on just straight springs, so I asked if there was anything they could do about it. They brought me a piece of foam that I had to add on top of the mattress. I appreciated the effort, but it wasn't a legitimate foam mattress topper. It was just a piece of foam that looked like it had been sitting in a storage unit.Those kind of mattresses are probably ok for 2-3 night stays, but for my 3-week stay it was tough.I'd happily stay there again if they just upgrade the mattresses on the beds.

All the mattresses were too hard for sleeping. Pots and pans needed replacing. The vertical blinds in the living room needed replacing. But the staff made every effort to accommodate us and, for the most part, they succeeded.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In regards to Atrium 207We were extremely disappointed. Upon arrival There were three lock boxes to get the key to enter. It took us a half hour to figure out which lock box to open and when we saw it was the left bock box it was hard due to poor lighting (couldn’t see the dial) and put in the combo. it was NOT intuitive on how to open the box to get the the key. We bought some groceries including beer and there was no bottle opener to be found. The garbage bags were too small for the garbage can. The sliding glass doors on the closet were off track and could barely be opened and I didn’t try more than once for fear they would completely fall to the floor. The middle drawer on the dresser was warped and when I pulled on the handle it fell off. The dining table was wobbly. Loose screw that attached the legs to the table top needed to be tightened We assumed sthe unit had an elevator since it was 3 stories, 4 if you include walking from the garage. So at 9,5000 feet it was quite the walk to our unit with 5 suitcases, 3 bags of groceries and a ski bag. When I called with the question about the lack of an elevator the manager said that they never advertised that there was an elevator. My spouse had some mobility issues. I just assumed that this complex like all complexes had to be ADA compliant?We had to take out our own garbage with no direction as to where to find the garbage container. Had to call to ask and then were given the wrong code to get into the garbage dumpster shed. Upon check out we were expected to start the dishwasher but had to call to get dishwasher soap. I didn’t dawn on me we had to buy our own. The unit above us partied until 3am and kept us up all night the night before my son’s wedding. Needless to say that deeply impacted our energy at his wedding. When I expressed my concern Breckenridge offered a $50 discount. Conside

Perfect spot for a group getaway in Breckenridge

The layout is perfect for groups with a full kitchen, dining table and a living room with really comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are a great size and fit more people than you think. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but a small price to pay for a nice place at this price point. This unit is in a building with a gorgeous lobby area and covered parking garage. There is also a hottub, while I didn't go in personally it looked nice! Walkable into town and there's a free shuttle to the mountain, which is another huge plus. Definitely will stay here again!

Disappointed

Clean, dated condo. Location and garage parking huge plus as well as stocked kitchen. Those were the only perks. Uncomfortable beds, awful pillows. Light falling out of ceiling in master. Broken chair. Clogged master shower. Light out in bathroom. We called the provided number on our night of arrival because the cable was not working in living room area. It was never fixed and we never got a call back. No elevator so you have to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Shower pressure in spare bathroom is so strong it hurts. Baseboard heating a little scary and not efficient. Not at all worth the price for this condo.

Clean, nice location

The unit itself was clean and exactly as pictured. Shuttle to ski hill right out front. Easy short walk to downtown and grocery. Overall a nice place.

Great ski stay!

Location was great! Condo had plenty space for the 5 of us. Hot water ran out rather quickly in guest shower but other than that the stay was great!

207 stay March 2021

There are no elevators here. Beware, those stairs will wipe you out if you aren’t used to that elevation. Also, our place sleeps 6. True. However, putting 4 adults in that 2nd bedroom was way too crowded. We will have to go with a 3 bedroom next time. The place itself is as posted. Clean. Had all practical necessities. Fun sledding behind the place. Super close - walking distance - to Main Str. Also, the shuttle to beaver ski lift is awesome. So convenient.

Great stay close to breck gondola

Great place close to the resorts and downtown. Very spacious! Would definitely stay again!

Great Ski Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was lovely - location was perfect for getting to the slopes and into town and the condo was well-supplied with coffee, appropriate appliances, a lovely fireplace etc. Only complaint was that we were told to wash all dishes or use the dish washer prior to check-out but were not provided with a sponge or dish washer detergent to clean the dishes and had to go out and buy our own. Otherwise, lovely!

Perfect condo for a long weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was out first time in Breckenridge and we loved our stay. Condo had everything a family of four could need - plus a great sledding hill right behind the building. Would definitely recommend Atrium 207 to anyone looking to enjoy some time in Breck.

Very uncomfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great but the beds need upgrading. Could of been cleaner. Ran out of hot water when I took a shower. You should upgrade the water heater so 4 adults can take a shower. Will not stay here again

Good but......

We had a good stay and great being next to Carter Park and several trails for hiking and mtn biking, however we could hear every move the people made above us very loudly, so much that it affected my young children being able to nap. Also, the bed in the master bedroom leaves MUCH to be desired, very uncomfortable. Feels like the cheapest mattress you can get, which is not what you’re hoping for after a long day of mountain biking or hiking. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs in Breck, this was not our fav...
