Step inside this spacious townhome, and you'll immediately feel the warmth of the mountain-inspired decor. The living and dining areas boast stunning tongue and groove, beam vaulted ceilings, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As you enter the living room, you'll be greeted by two comfortable couches and a side chair, all centered around a large, rock-faced gas fireplace – the perfect place to unwind with friends or dive into a good book. The common area TV discreetly hides within an armoire, allowing you to choose between relaxation and entertainment. Flooded with natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows, the living space exudes a welcoming ambiance.

The gas grill sets the stage for al fresco cooking, while the natural wood table inside, seating six, invites you to savor meals with family and friends. Great location and space! The condo was located on a quiet street near peak 9. We were able to walk to the lift with our ski gear or to dinner. The parking spot afforded us a place for our car if needed, but we could also walk and avoid parking in town. We loved the layout of the condo and comfortable tv room with fireplace. Some things could be updated, but overall very warm and comfortable.

I love the fact that it is within walking distance to anything in town. We were able to leave the truck parked all weekend. The house creaked and moaned when the heat kicked on, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, we had a great weekend and would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The location was great for access to the city transportation system and walking to Main Street. The unit however was in disrepair. Tiles at the front entry were cracking, door knobs loose, screen door not on their track, not enough lights and not working, no tub drain plug, curtain rod held tight with duct tape, the fireplace glass fogged over and what looked like ketchup baked onto the front glass. We enjoyed Breckenridge but this unit left us wanting especially for the amount paid.

The condo was perfect for us. The heat wasn’t working at first but one call and they had someone out there to fix it. Short walk to lift and into town and best of all was the door to door shuttle service!! Would stay here again! Thank you for everything!

This unit was a great fit for our family. We had 5 adults and although the loft is small, it was used just for sleeping. It was clean and the management company was very accommodating. The free VIP shuttle was key along with the close proximity to town and the free buss stop. It was a great location for heading out to all the great activities in the Breckenridge area.

We liked the townhome setup and a great location with a fantastic parking lot to fit bikes. Only a stones throw from the pool and FOUR jacuzzis of different water temps plus pool. Almost like a private hydro-therapy spa!!! Location to town and trails was a perfect combo. Property needs updating, especially the decor and wall hangings. The coffee was the worst part of the experience…it tasted older than both my kids combined. YUCK! Go to a coffee shop and buy a decent bag of ground coffee…or walk 1/4 mile to the gas station. Anything beats the old hotel pouch!!!

The property itself was comfortable and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was very cumbersome, however, and the directions provided by the property owners was not clear. They didn't provide directions for check-in until 3 hours after we were notified that we were able to access the unit. Communication came by email and text message, though both contained slightly different information. You had to access a not-so-straightforward website with a lot of information that was minimally helpful. Lastly, check out was unreasonably early and you have to go off site to complete check-in and -out. There's a dog in the office, though, who is very cute.

We had such an amazing time during our stay. The location was perfect…so close to everything. I really appreciated the smooth check in/ out process. The property was very clean..new carpet throughout…kitchen fully stocked. We left a few seasonings for the next family and there were some sleds in the closet for the sled hill. The amount of space was perfect for our family of 5. Also, the free shuttle service around town was a huge perk AND we received discounted ski equipment for our family for staying with Ski Resorts. The shuttle driver Luke was absolutely amazing making sure we were dropped off and picked up as requested. In blistering weather this was such a comfort for our family. Will definitely book again.
